I recently purchased a vehicle at Elk Grove Nissan. The stress if car shopping went on too long and was really getting to me. ..Then I landed quite randomly at Nissan EG in Alex’s capable, kind, honest The stress if car shopping went on too long and was really getting to me. ..Then I landed quite randomly at Nissan EG in Alex’s capable, kind, honest and genuine hands. Zero pushiness, and such genuine desire to see me in a car that was right for me at my price level. Nobody pushed me to upsell. Instead, Alex was so patient and working with team ended up pulling out a car with the exact color combo, price, and style I hoped to find…with as little as 2500 miles on it.. I’m really glad it worked out, as Alex and his team made this experience as positive as possible and even took pics with a bow on top, and followed up in a kind way via text.. not pushy in any way. In today’s world I really appreciate when people care and go out of their way to help you, not themselves get the right needs met. That was my experience throughout the whole time which is why I ended up with a car. Thank you, Alex and EG team. I appreciate your integrity, extra willingness to make me comfortable and happy with my choice. This particular team seems to go out of their way to take care of their customers. More

I connected with him via the Costco Auto Program. He promptly reached out to me within a day and even sent a video of a potential trim level a car I was interested in. Pretty good marketing!! He's very prompt and on top of communicating with you - text and email. When the car we wanted was in transit, he helped us reserve the car and kept us in the loop. He even tried to find alternative options just so we wouldn't wait so long. When the car arrived, we set a date to close on the purchase. The "out the door" pricing discussion was straight forward. Peter was a truly genuine guy. Once we wrapped up, Peter made sure our car was detailed and literally wrapped up in a red bow before we drove it home. It was a great experience. Peter also helped get some accessories I wanted that were back ordered. He found a way to get it to me quickly, always looking out for his customer. Next time I in the market for a Nissan, I'll be calling Peter up. THANK YOU PETER!!! On the Finance side, I worked with Hesam Gheffari. Another genuine guy, who is super nice. While we signed alot of papers, he did a great job explaining everything. There was a bit of a challenge with my finance as I went with my own bank and then I made a small mistake. Hesam worked with me to get it all resolved by modifying all the paper work on short notice. Both Peter and Hesam are very professional and made the whole car buying experience a positive experience at this dealership. More
