More coupons would be helfpul for future services. This visit was quick and easy. It was cold outside and when I was looking at cars, to possibly purchase, there was no one who came out to greet me or help me. I had 2 teenagers with me so I am sure someone saw me. Also, the hours for service worked well and to my advantage. Thanks.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I went in for an oil change. I was told my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I thought, why not. As I was driving home I realized something was different. I noticed my front wipers were now visible. The back was hanging low. I returned and the back was adjusted. Fine. The fronts were different wipers. I was told they were better. I can't say I am happy with those. I notice them every time I drive my car. I don't believe the old ones stuck out that much. They seemed to be almost under the hood. Had I known the wipers would be changed along with the blades, I may not have done it. I have yet to see how they hold up when it rains hard.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
Most impressed with personal attention given to each customer. Also impressed with the sense of personal responsibility and ownership each employee demonstrated to solving the customer's problems. And most impressive of all, I was overwhelmed with the sense of teamwork the members of your service department demonstrated while I was there. My service person had gone to lunch and I needed to leave to meet a deadline in my schedule, and the other service dept members actually jumped right into the situation to enable me to be able to get my vehicle and get on my way. If I were the manager of this dealership, I would be so so proud of my personnel and would do everything possible to make sure they stay employed with me forever. They are invaluable!!!!!

Was able to get service appt on short notice and in afternoon. While waiting, I perused new vehicles. Nothing available that I was interested in- the Altima SR 2010.
Watched the news and waited, remainder of vs. Car was a bit behind promised time but still acceptable and freshly washed. The salesman encountered when looking on lot not particularly helpful. (Don't recall name)

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
Kim and John were a pleasure to work with during my recent experience in the service department. The transmission on my Nissan Maxima gave out just after 60,000 miles which was the warranty period. KIm worked with Nissan to have the expense of a remanufactured transmission covered. After having the transmission replaced, the emission system malfunctioned and John was able to have the repairs covered by the warranty as well. Both Kim and John listened to my concerns and made every effort to resolve the issues. After picking up my car, John called me to be sure that everything was working properly. I am thankful to Kim and John for looking after my best interests and appreciate their help!

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
Althought I thought going early that there would be little wait there's was a line of cars waiting for the Quick Lube to open up at 7:00 a.m. The staff was very friendly and kept me inform about how much longer it was going to take before they took my car.

They are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They also remember you that you been there before not just by the computer saying it but they actually recognize you.

I drove up and the team was their to greet me. No sure of his name but he explain to me that it will take about 1 hr and ask if I needed any assistant. Very help and nice group @ the Elk Grove dearlship. Great Job Team.... This was only my 2nd oil change and I had good service.

Recently I had to have my 2009 Maxima towed to Nissan of Elk Grove. John Brooks handled my insurance covered repair (tranny pan damage). As always, John provided the highest level of customer service. He took care of all details with AAA, and called me at every step of the repair process to provide updates. Customer service from Nissan of Elk Grove always finds a way to exceed my expectations.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
Starting with getting the appointment time I wanted for my tune-up and then meeting Kim in the office, I was treated as special. I was impressed they offered me a rental. I felt everyone I spoke with enjoyed working there and it made the experience very enjoyable...I felt I could trust them with my car.
Even though the repair took a little longer than they anticipated, they communicated the delay very well. I was also able to take advantage of a coupon from the internet.
If I need service in the future, I have a place to go where it will be convenient and I can trust the staff to take care of me.
