My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I brought my 08 Nissan Altima to get serviced as there were a few things wrong with it...Out of the 4 things i brought it in for there were only 2 things that were fixed and that was the oil changed and the center console got fixed..the other two were the sunroof makes noise and something rattles under the hood when the ac is on and it is really bad right after you start the car..They said that was normal for these cars but i don't think that is the case as you can hear it knocking when you are outside of the car..also when i got the car back i was inspecting it and there was black grease all over the passenger side seat and my seats are a very light color. It was taken back and cleaned but it should have never been presented to me this way. also it was washed but there was water spots left all over the car when it was returned to me. I think the car was actually cleaner when i brought it to the dealership.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
We bought two vehicles from A.J in the past two years. In both cases A.J has been informative and friendly. The most recent purchase we made was a bit difficult because of our income change, but A.J and his team found a way to get us in a reliable, safe, and reasonably priced car. Also, the cars we bought worked perfectly for our family. We bought a Quest for a family vehicle, and a Passat for a commuter car. Signing the paperwork was hassle-free and fast. I think in both purchases we were in and out within two hours from the time we arrived on the lot to pick which car we wanted to the time we drove off the lot with our cars. Although we are not planning to buy another vehicle for a while, we plan on coming back to A.J and his team in the future. A.J really cares about putting his customers in vehicles that they need, and he really listens to want his customers wants. We took out Quest to Mexico and back with no problems at all, and our Passat is great in gas mileage..in addition to being THE BEST CAR EVER! Thank-you A.J for your great work in getting us in a reliable car. You and your team are amazing! Many people dread buying a car, but believe me, if you give A.J and his team a chance, they will make car buying a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. You won't regret it!

Our expierence in purchasing a car was great. Our sales person was AJ. He was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Our first visit was late one evening just before closing. We told him we would be back, but no, he was willing help us. We tested three cars which took us way past your closing time. He was agreeable telling us all about the cars. We told him that we were still deciding between a Honda, Toyota and the Nissan. He was one reason why we came back to buy the Nissan. We are very happy with our car!

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
While I have always had excellent customer service at Nissan of Elk Grove it wasn't until Cruz handle my oil change and "check engine" light that I became aware that all of my previous oil changes should have been with synthetic oil. When I questioned why this oil change was so much more than those previous she explained and then verified with the mechanics that I was indeed supposed to synthetic oil. Cruz was quite polite and knoweledgeable.

For all the difficulties I had they Cruz was very professional about how she handled the issues.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
We had called prior to our arrival about a lease deal on a Nissan Altima and our sales person AJ was able to answer my questions prior to coming in. When we arrived the next day, he was well prepared and despite the huge tent sale going on, he got right to business and did not try to go look at other cars or waste our time. We were able to test drive the model of altima that was on lease deal from nissan, and he was able to give us all of the information that we needed to decide. We were not given the run-around and we were treated very professionally. It was a wonderful experience.

Waited too long to be served. Simple LOF & tire rotation took all day! Would not accept coupon for tire rotation since my first coupon for "free" servicing had already been accepted. Overall experience left a lot to be desired, especially since the car was purchased at your dealership.

I wrote the following to the owner of Nissan of Elk Grove on 6/19/2008:

Dear John Driebe,

Its been four months since I leased a Nissa Altima from Nissan of Elk Grove and although I am a little late in writing you, it is perhaps a testament to your organization that I am actually taking a little time to do so this afternoon.

I met A.J. Went when my brother and I first stopped by Nissan of Elk Grove on a Friday in February 2008 on the weekend we went shopping for a car. He was very informed about the cars we were looking at and was such a pleasant and professional salesperson that we came back to see him after going to several other dealerships that weekend. The contrast between the experiences that weekend were amazing and made coming back to you guys a must!

A.J. found the car we wanted and had to even get it from another dealership. He showed great initiative and followed through on all of our inquiries.

When we were ready to talk to financing, the team worked extremely well together and answered all of our questions and were professional throughout the process.

Last week I went in for my first service and I was met with the same standard of excellence with the service department.

I would like you to forward this to the appropriate person. About month ago I was referred to your sales department.
I had participated in the Rogue Test Drive promotion, and I was to receive a $50 (AMEX?) debit card for taking a test drive. I've never received it, and I called Nissan of Elk Grove. I was told that you would follow up, but I still havent received the card, or any further contact with Nissan of Elk Grove.
