My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
The only suggestion I have is, you need more car washes. It took an additional hour just to wash my car on a Saturday mornig, after a two hour service for a recall part. The Saturday afternoon,a week before,I had my oil changed,inspection and tire rotation scheduled service, the car wash was also an additional hour wait after the car was finished. Too long of a wait for an Ok wash, for that amount of time I expected this wonderful detailed job.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
When I first got to the service department there was a young lady that came out to greet me, she was new to me but she had a great personality and was very patient with me. Cruz helped me with my car as always they are very helpful, patient and always cheerful, if they were having a bad day I would never know it. I did some shopping while they serviced my car and they picked me up when I was done, helped me with my bags and as always Angie and the staff are always wonderful to me that's why I have been bringing my car back ever since I purchased it from you on 9/04. My thanka to you all!

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I'm 43 years old and have bought more than my fair share of cars in the last 30 years both new and used. Like thousands or millions of people I've been screwed by dealerships and their rotten salespeople who are masters at manipulation and being deceitful. Car dealerships and car salespeople have a horrible reputation because history has shown how bad some of them can be. I am more than happy to report that my buying experience with Joe Luis and Danielle Frazier at Elk Grove Nissan was anything but bad. In fact, it was the best, least stressful and pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. No games, no bull. I went in and told them exactly how much I wanted for my trade-in and how much I wanted to pay for the car and they matched it within a couple hundred bucks. The rest was smooth as silk and I was out of there in about 3 hours start to finish (including the test drive).

Call Joe Luis or Danielle Frazier and see what it's like to buy a car stress free.

I came in for my first 370 Z oil change and inspection and Nancy at the desk took care of everything with Tina's help . They were awesome!
Could not have been more friendly or helpful . I even got a ride back to pick up my Z , by Gerardo - excellent young man.
Your dealership from day one has been perfect .
From The lady in finance to the internet mgr and everyone else .
What a breath of" fresh air"
compared to the reputation a lot of car dealerships have .

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
This was a second visit to fix a problem whuch needed more time than a previous visit allowed. I had complained of excessive noise inside the cab of my myr old truck. An alignment seemed to be the possible cure. John had shown me the wear on my tires which indicated it was out of alignment; this also might cure the noise, he said.

Two wks later I was able to make the trip from my home to get the work done. A loaner car was provided me, which I appreciated. I was able to do a few errands and also go for brunch. Came back later and consulted w John who said there WAS some misalignment. Went home happy - in a newly washed pickup!

we have four nissans in our family all have remained in great condition thanks to notification and prompt service always given by cruz she is truly an asset to this dealership and make us very confortable when we do have problems eg.i ran over something that did damage under the car cruz respond bring it in and we will take care mission complete larry williams

Mr. John Brooks, is one of the best service technician I have work with since I purchase my 2006 Nissan Maxima. He was curtious and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I would also like to give kudo's to the team member that performed the work on my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me clean inside and out. Aslo, under the hood where 100% of the maintenance was perfored was spotless. Thank you guys for making sure that my vihecle will continue to run just like it was off the show room floor.

Since we purchased our 2009 Nissan we have had regular service visits 2-3 times a year per our extended service agreement. Cruz has handled our needs each time. Making the appointment(s) are easy and quick. Our car and service preview have always been handled on time and car completed very close to when promised. There is no reason for us to change our service location for a long time, especially with Cruz as our contact !
