My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I took my car in for an oil change at the quick lube. I was greeted immediately and the car was taken in for service. The staff behind the counter in the waiting room was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable while I waited. The service was performed quickly and my car was run through the car wash before it was returned. I was very pleased with the friendliness, quickness and efficiency of the staff.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
The dealership overall does a good job with servicing my vehicle. Sometimes I think it can take longer than it should for a simple oil change. I waiting for an hour on this most recent visit with only two people ahead of me. I think the carwash needs to be worked on as well. The water has a terrible smell that will linger in your car for several hours after a visit.

I have been going to John Brooks for approximately 5 years now after a bad experience at the Stockton Nissan Dealer. In my book John is the number one for customer service. I have recommended several of my friends to John and everyone has told me how happy they were to have gone to John and how they will continue to go to him only because of the quality of customer service he provides.

John is an AWESOME person and provides the BEST customer service.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
Charged high labor cost for a $15.00 exhust bracket.I would had like to have been given more detail, to determine if we could had replaced it ourselves. Mtc.on battery that was not authorized,was miscommuication on both our parts.Labor cost to high!!

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I waited an hour and I had no coupons, so it was quite expensive. The general welcoming was not present like prior times. Email coupons that do not need print out would be good because most people get emails on their phones and it would be nice to just be able to show the employee upon check in/out.

I would like to thank all of the guys at the Quick lube, especially the manager, Kush Singh for repairing my Mazda. I came in with a loose bumper, needing brakes, and oil/ filter change. The service was fast, courtesy, and I did not spend a fortune. Kush was friendly at the counter and answered all of my questions. Keep up the good work guys. My Car runs like new.

I really appreciated the coupon for oil change, 100 point inspection and car wash. It could not have come a a better time! My car was much overdue for service and needed it. Nice staff and good price. The wait time wasnt too bad either. Thank you so much!

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
My kid goes to school in Davis but we live 500 miles away. Called the local dealers for pricing over the phone & Sang Chac blew them all away! Gave us the best price & rebates we didn't even know about! There was none of the haggling, "let me see what my mananger says" nonsense at all. He gave me a great price from day one and when I followed up to make further arrangements a few days later, he told me about new rebates the manufacturer had just released. We negotiated everything over the phone and then my daughter went in to sign the paperwork. We didn't have to get on a plane or deal with fed-ex'ing the contract. This was by far my best car buying experience ever! Sang Chac is a great guy! He's very honest & trustworthy. If you want to buy a car with no games & headaches, you've got to go to Elk Grove Nissan! There website is great, too and they sell more than Nissan's. We got a Mazda 3i. Happy shopping!!

Both John and Scott are both friendly and professional. They are the reasons why I utilize NoEG Service. If they weren't there. I'd find someplace else to take my Armada and Versa to have work done on them. I only have Scott service my family's vehicles.

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I recently had some repairs done on my 04 Murano. The service advisor John Brooks was very helpful in dealing with my requirements. The tech Danny Singh who worked on my car explained the issues along with John Brooks in a simple and easy to undertsand manner. They did a great job in fixing the car.

However, Murano has some fundamental defects that Nissan of North America needs to address and fix at their own expense. Although the dealership at Nissan of Elk Grove did their best to work on my car, apparently the original design defect that Nissan has probably missed when designing the Murano is something we cannot blame the dealership or their service team on.

I definitely recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to go to for service, specially if you've had hard to solve issues with your Murano. I think they are experts and offer honest and true outlook on all the repairs and suggestion when you actually need them.
