I am satisfied with the customer service part of the visit. What I am not happy about is the actual work performed on the vehicle. When the decision was made to buy, we knew exactly what we wanted in a vehicle (after my daughters extensive research). It was because of our previous encounters and the competitive prices that we return to EG Nissan to buy. I had been watching competitive dealerships in Sacramento, Stockton and as far as Vacaville. EG Nissan was the best price everytime. My daughter is extremely exciting and pleased with her car. I am pleased with the financing and crash test ratings on the Nissan Cube. I am very pleased with the EG Nissan team. In addition, there were a couple of minor cosmetic problems that needed to be fixed and we found these were prompted care for by the service dept.
