Had a 10:30 appointment to get the drivers seat motor replaced under warranty. Lazer said it would take two hours, which was fine. So i decided to wait. After 2 3/4 hours I walked around the back of the replaced under warranty. Lazer said it would take two hours, which was fine. So i decided to wait. After 2 3/4 hours I walked around the back of the dealership to see that my car was sitting in the lot and hadn't been touched. I went to see Lazer who said it should be done, I'll go check. He did and it hadn't been started but they were ready to start it then. Another 2 hours for a total of 5 was unacceptable so I took the car. It still needs the drivers seat motor replaced but I will likely look for another Nissan dealership. More

I have dealt with many dealerships and Sutherlin is just great. Everyone is so helpful. This is my 4th Nissan and my third one that I bought at Sutherlin.
