7 months after purchase Palm Ndure & team still treat me like a princess. Handled service on vehicle, repaired nail in tire, offered shuttle to my house while working on vehicle, and set me up for a free like a princess. The dealership was very friendly the service representative Kim was absolutely excellent the waiting room was very clean offered coffee and water the check out women were very nice . Recommended services and costs were not explained in detail or at all. Pricing was different than what was original told. There was also lack of communication on what they found out about the car.
