I went in for a routine oil change and left with a credit card charge of over $400. I asked them to look at a broken lock which was a diagnostic charge of $250. It was not disclosed to me that there would also be another bogus $50 charge for “shop supplies”. If I knew I was paying $300 just to have it looked at and not fixed, I NEVER would have paid that!! I was shocked at the total which was $396 and change. When I got home I noticed my card was charged for $408 and change so I called to have it fixed. I was told there is also a 3 percent credit card charge which was also not disclosed to me, is not written on any paperwork, and he did not even say anything when I handed him my card??! You all are a bunch of crooks. More
