We took our vehicle because the airbag light was flashing. They charged over $1k to replace a part. One of their employees then went on a drive in our car and crashed it. They called us and said it was minor thing during a car wash and that there was no reports or anything and that they would fix it. Our insurance called us on the day we went to pick up the car to let us know someone had filed a claim! Not only was it not a “minor” accident, but it was also pretty far from where they needed to be. We know because we have a dash cam and looked at the footage. The entire thing was fault of the driver who was in my car. There was a police report and now our car value has diminished. Our car was paid off with no accidents and we were planning on selling to upgrade. We still have the blinking airbag light and they want to charge us another $2.5k to fix it again because now they say it’s something else. Needless to say, we now have a lawyer working on this case. I wish I could give them negative stars. Carlos was kind and patient, but John was rude and couldn’t show his face after making my husband take a day off from work because he had to give him the car personally. Never showed his face, so what was the point? A day of income lost for our family because he refused to take it in the afternoon. More
You have lost a customer because of your greed. I am happy with the work and employees but I m very angry about the 3 per cent that you add on a credit card. Your service fee is out of this world.
