I purchased a car and they only gave me one key fob, they told me I could pick up the second key fob in the next 3 days , I called every day to ask for the second key , all I got was the answering machines of everybody,I even left a message to executive manager Jay Ganzi , not even him called me back, I went twice to pick up my key fob and after 3 weeks they told that I had to make an appointment at the service department and wait 2 hours to make the key fob , finally I got my key,thank you for washing my car , the detailing guy deserve a raise, great work, 5 stars just to him. But disappointed with leaving my car and returning back to pick it up was a big inconvenience. The lifter was broken and my car stuck on the lifter. Assistant service person Tarick Z. (1) rating, he could not give me a direct answer when my car would be down from lift. Equipment needs to be service and there are signs when something is not working properly . More
