Customer service was terrible Tony was my service advisor he was very rude and defensive on the phone when I called to ask questions about the repairs needed for my car he made nasty remarks about women impl he was very rude and defensive on the phone when I called to ask questions about the repairs needed for my car he made nasty remarks about women implying that they don’t know anything about cars and only men do when I went to pick up my car I was met with another nasty service advisor who was very rude I asked him a question about what might have caused the issue and because I denied the repairs threw Nissan he refused to tell me he stated you didn’t pay for that overall I had a terrible experience due to the poor customer service I received from the service advisors and will never take my car back here for service or buy another Nissan More

My 2021 Rogue will loose power while driving using cruise control or regular.I explained this in detail but the problem still percist.
