I want to share my experience so others can be aware before doing business with this dealership. On 02/03/2026, I purchased an SUV from this dealership. My credit union wired the full payment for the before doing business with this dealership. On 02/03/2026, I purchased an SUV from this dealership. My credit union wired the full payment for the vehicle within 24 hours. As part of the transaction, I also traded in my truck with the understanding that the dealership would immediately pay off the remaining balance. As of 03/12/2026, the payoff for my trade-in has still not been completed. I have contacted the dealership multiple times and have not received a clear explanation. I was told that a check was overnighted, but my credit union has confirmed that they have not received any payment. In addition, the dealership has not submitted the paperwork to my local DMV, which means I am still unable to properly tag the vehicle I purchased. My temporary tag is also close to expiring, which makes the situation even more concerning. At this point, it really makes you wonder what the dealership is doing with the money. They received payment for the vehicle within 24 hours, yet they still have not paid off my trade-in. That raises serious concerns about how this situation is being handled. Unfortunately, due to the lack of resolution and communication, I have been forced to begin seeking legal counsel and filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. For context, I worked in the car business for 14 years, so I understand how these transactions are supposed to be handled. Based on my experience, the way this situation has been handled is extremely concerning and unprofessional. I hope this review helps others avoid the stress, time, and potential legal costs that I am currently dealing with. More

My wife and I bought a CPO Murano. The dealership had CPO decals and placards all over it one of them is still on the B pillar. Once the finance manager talked us into a 3rd party ($4000.) warranty they never turned in the vehicle in to Nissan as CPO. They saved money and we are stuck. Managers will not answer the phone and will not return calls. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They never called us and thanked us for the purchase. The salesman left while we were still in finance. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER CARE. We will never go back here. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. More
