GOOD AFTERNOON! First, we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred with your visit. We strive to be as TRANSPARENT and FAIR as possible. Mr. Jim Buckman was the sales rep who assisted your sister who was very, very pleasant, in her attempt to purchase the car. Jim tried to speak with you about the deal and there seemed to be a misunderstanding because evidently you had some other qoutes that you wanted us to match or beat. The language that was used was not the most professional so Jim politely decided not to entertain the call any longer. We have to maintain a level of professionalism. That does not mean in ANY WAY we purposely lied to you or wanted to not earn your business. Our purpose as a dealership is create a long lasting automotive relationship. It is counter-productive for us to lie and cheat as a dealership. We are here to ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS you may have, please call 678-463-4958 and we can go over your deal in further detail.
