By the time they reported the issue to me, Capri and her team had assessed it was still under warranty, they had the parts, and I’m 24 hours, my car was back up and running. Marcell and Nissan of Torrance sought to mislead me about the condition of my car. I brought it in because of a check engine light that indicated a problem with the fuel-air mixture They claimed that my car the condition of my car. I brought it in because of a check engine light that indicated a problem with the fuel-air mixture They claimed that my car had sludge in the engine, had compression problems, and needed a new engine. None of that is true. I took my car to an independent mechanic with a very good reputation, and they found that the car has no compression problems, no sludge, and that the issue with the injectors was easily remedied with some cleaning. That cost me $200, not the $15,000+ Nissan wanted me to spend. In the meantime, the dealership called, emailed and texted me several times about buying my car. I can't help but think that the falsehoods they told about the car's condition were intended to get me to panic and sell it at a low price. I will never set foot back in that dealership, and I will encourage others to avoid them at all costs. More
