My first transaction was good, but when I brought the truck back to exchange for another, that's where things went South. Some how my down payment of $5500 was dropped to $4000. I was told by the salespe truck back to exchange for another, that's where things went South. Some how my down payment of $5500 was dropped to $4000. I was told by the salesperson it was due to the interest that had happened in just a weeks time. Also my finance rate jumped from single digit to 16% with the same finance company(Ally). Of course the dealer was saying they were surprised but they didn't even shop it. I was able to contact my bank the next day and get 5.5%. I told the dealer who my bank was and they didn't even try. This also required me to reregister the 2nd truck two times. We were dealing with my grandbaby in the hospital and I took the deal to just get out of there. And when my bank got the payoff from Ally it was only $200 more that what my financed amount was after 2 weeks. Not sure why the dealer told me it cost $1400. I was hoping to find a new dealer that I could trust and bring my repeat business to, but I will not use them again. Also, a small issue but goes to their attention to detail, no one checked the power steering fluid level. After a week of driving(no leaks)it was almost bone dry! I will say Anthony(sales) did the best he could, with the management he has to report to. More
