We bought a used Pacifica plug in hybrid from Noeller. It had problems with the EV battery and Chrysler could not fix it because they have so many problems with them replacement batteries are backlogged f It had problems with the EV battery and Chrysler could not fix it because they have so many problems with them replacement batteries are backlogged for months and months. Noeller bought it back from us and put us in another Pacifica gasoline only with no problem and we didn’t lose any money on the deal! I would not hesitate to buy another used vehicle from them.
