I felt lost ! So I did and his response was go an ask the guy who helped you so I go outside to look for took like a good 10 min he was busy with some one else. When he sees me says your car is ready . They were not very friendly!! I’ve been a Nissan customer just recently switched to Honda and it’s sad to say but they make sure to make you feel like your welcomed and give you updates on your car ! My son just bought a Honda here to and when I asked him how he felt there customer service was he said I felt the same as you !! So I guess that’s how it is ! More

Took car for oil change. The oil pan cover was not screwed in so it was dragging. When I took car back and manager asked the technician he claimed it was already missing scr The oil pan cover was not screwed in so it was dragging. But it was not doing it before I took my car. This is second time I had issues with service. Last time they forgot to my glove compartment back together. They left it in back seat of my car.
