Today was a Great Day, I took my 2010 honda civic to the dealership to get service and i ended up trading my civic for a 2011 Honda Pilot. Jerry Gonzalez and Kevin Hernandez was very helpful and great to work with. It was by far the Best Experience buying a car today. Thanks Jerry and Kevin! :)

I wanted a new honda. I called in and Kendra Black the sweetest voice over the phone ansered my questions and invited me to the dealer. I came in test drove a couple hondas. I did not buy from her but Kendra took her time and gave me the Lessons of buying a car. Her lessons helped me to do research better and find the right car and right price. Kendra you will be hearing from me soon to buy my new car. The lessons you gave me worked so well and great service.

I was working with this dealer for over 3 month on a family van. Went back and forth with 2 internet sales managers. I never was able to get the deal I wanted. I went one last time and I was Introduced to Ishan Packeer. I spent over 2 hors with him going back and forth trying to get what I wanted. Ishan made me realize the deal I was getting and finally purchased from him. He's a good honest man. I recoment people to see him for honest but upfront service.

Customer Service - This was absolutely the best experience in a dealership that we have ever dealt with! I have had all the "typical" rude/slimmy/pushy kinds of sales people I think there are. But when we saw Greg coming up behind us, I thought "uh-oh" here he is...much to my surprise...he was so incredibly polite/nice and very patient with two people that were just a little bit "punchy" after a really crazy week at work. When we came on the lot, we had no intention at all of buying anything. We were just on a "looking mission". But in speaking with Greg, who really knew the cars, he answered all our questions, took his time with us and did not rush us. He asked us the right questions to make sure he was selling us the right car for us. There are many company's that should take a page from your "hand book" on what customer service is all about.

Quality of Work - Everything from start to finish, the car is gorgeous, and we are so happy with it. I notice a small scratch in the left front bumper and that was taken care of right away.

Friendliness - this is the one that just impressed me to no end. Every single person that we came in contact with was so helpful and nice and all the employees would stop with no problem and ask, are we ok? do we need something? What can I help with?...ok that is just unheard of in today's world!!

Overall Experience - We are so impressed with this particular dealership. We bought our Passport from the LB/Signal Hill dealer and nothing like this!

Price - We thought this car was going to be so much more than it was. We were also really happy with all the time and explaining that Peter did for us. He really worked on what "package" would be the best and help us to stay with in our "budget".

I have already given out 2 of Greg's business cards and I will continue to do so to everyone I come in contact with. We are a Honda Family and just love these cars, but it is your dealership that really makes it worth it!!

I just got a Civic from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos I was hoping to get new Civic but I end up with certified Civic. even though I'm very happy my salesman Sam Alhafni show me the different between the two options new and used in payment and values in details. So it was better deal for me and my budget. I love my civic and I recommend Sam and the norm reeves Honda, Go see him and see your options.

From the very start Brian was very friendly and courteous. He was very willing to show us the cars and colors available and explain/show the different options available on the models. He was very familiar with the models and their features. He answered all our questions. I would recommend him to a friend or relative. It was an overall great experience. Nick Pin was an excellent sales consultant who helped me with my purchase and kept me informed throughout the process. I got a Honda Accord and I am very satisfied with the Car. Nick was very patient, understood my requirement and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. He was there till 11:00 PM , to help me finish the paper work and get the delivery of the vehicle. Great commitment and dedication. Over all 5 Stars :)..Thanks Nick!!!
