Lack of customer support -yet always want to be highly rated For the past few years I’ve brought my car in for routine service to this dealer. I get occasional mailers with service offers and check online servic For the past few years I’ve brought my car in for routine service to this dealer. I get occasional mailers with service offers and check online services offers. Since I’ve been going for a while I have heard advisers provide discounts to clients when checking out. My car’s engine light turned on and since it was over the mileage warranty the scan set me $180 back. I was told that I had 30 days to bring it back to get that amount applied to the $800 repairs it needed. At the time I didn’t have the money so I brought it in 60 days after. The “service adviser” promptly said nothing could be done because it had been past the 30 day limit. Service adviser had no interest in trying to provide an accommodation to my bill. And found myself having to make a case to get a car rental for the day $30 value (which was listed online free for premium service). A client that was helped by another adviser was given a car. Some clients treated like royalty others not so much. That was my last time taking my car there. More
