Paid cash for a '17 VW in April for my 16yo daughter. Car had computer issues Day 1, EVERYONE knew, including sales. They lied about everything from the jump, and 8mos later, still don't have the car. Waiting on the computer part to come in, it's sitting at a VW dealership. While waiting, they provided 2 loaners, the first one stopped working, had to have it towed. The 2nd loaner was given with tags that were due to expire in weeks with a donut on it for my daughter to drive, and 2mos later, now it's sitting in my driveway with a different flat tire that has METAL EXPOSED. They tried to get me to drive the car in days before I had hip replacement surgery, bc that was easiest for them, and made no offer to come pick it up, or replace it with a vehicle that didn't look like something that didn't look like a homeless person was living in it. There is no worse customer service in Cleveland. Simply the worst experience ever. Dont expect management to care, bc they don't. That's been proven. Kyle is never available to talk, did nothing to help the entire time, which has been verified, and his boss approves bc I've never been contacted by anyone above, NOT ONCE. Simply can't be trusted. BEWARE and stay away. Not worth it, ever. 2nd loaner below. Will update after calling this morning to tell them to pick up the hooptie and bring me a car that works and isn't a deathtrap. I'm 99% sure they'll ask me to drive down on 2 dead hips to pickup the 3rd clunker. More

This dealership absolutely did not meet my expectations. It is a poorly conceived dealership. I was appalled over the setup. In this age of identity theft, I was disappointed by this arrangement. Speaking of salespersons, they were not professionally dressed, save two or three people. The entire operation is quite bootleg as though North Coast Auto Mall is a spoof of a reputable car dealership. To add insult to injury, the car that I was scheduled to test drive was not onsite. The fact that the car as not available only underscores how completely unserious this dealership appears to be. I cannot understand how people would purchase a vehicle at North Coast under such conditions where it is clear to me that this company does not care about its customers. Moreover, I do not believe that a north Coast has the proper infrastructure (sales, service, etc.) to support its customers over the life of car ownership from this place. Purchase a car from North Coast? It is going to be a hard NO for me! More
Worst experience EVER! I bought my 2016 Ford Explorer in May off 2022. One month after purchasing it, it was in the shop. 6 weeks later, back in the shop. Another 6 weeks, I bought my 2016 Ford Explorer in May off 2022. One month after purchasing it, it was in the shop. 6 weeks later, back in the shop. Another 6 weeks, BACK IN THE SHOP. 9 weeks later the car was towed into the shop. This occured every 8 weeks through January. I asked to do a trade in because its impossible to do monthly payments AND keep up with maintenance fees, daily fees of not having a car. This car literally drained my bank account!! I had a warranty, but wouldn't you know...only very few things were covered and still had to pay $100 deductable...every..time...for covered parts. The answer to my trade-in was...if I paid $1750 or put up another car for a down payment they could help. BUT, I would have larger monthly payments. Obviously this was not and option since I had already drained my ban account. $900 later, I ger my car back with them next issue. At actually ran for 3 months, then....yep..back in the shop FOR THE SAME THING THAT WAS ALREADY FIXED. This "fixed problem" was an issue over and over. I was told my car would have to be in every 3 months to fix the issue. I live 55 min away! Thats just crazy! I have since been trying to contact NICK BARON at NCAM to discuss. Trade-in or reduced price due to the issues. Even spoke with them lender Lisa at ILM and she stated I have all rights to fight for a new vehicle and that they team is a new team and the past team was terrible. BUT after leaving 4 messages on a voicemail, 3 messages with workers I spoke to at NCAM AND receiving a text from employee and asking that person, through text, to have Nick contact me back.....Still nothing. It seems to me this establishment is 1000% about scamming people and 1000000% about not doing the right thing. Absolute Nightmare Situation!! More

People, check the amount of taxes you're being charged on the actual sales price. Y'all gettin ripped off!!! Plus they they "band-aid" cars they sell knowing they have serious problems. They sold me a 2017 Nissan Rogue for almost $20,000.00 and the transmission was shot!! I did my due diligence and had it diagnosed ONE day after purchase and found out. Had I not I'd have been stuck with a useless vehicle and a $20,000.00 debt. That's why they basically FORCE you to purchase GAP insurance, which is OPTIONAL by law! AND, to top it off, they will try everything under the sun to NOT give you your money back. Including DEPOSIT ONLY checks or CONTRACT checks that you can't cash unless you have a bank account. Videm is okay, but that xxxx Mo. The original snake from the GARDEN of EDEN. When he gets caught in his crooked math and challenged for it, he will try to provoke you to do something stupid. You know, like that dumb "N...a" stuff to get you put in jail so he REALLY don't have to give you your money back. DO NOT buy a car from these people (snakes) !! But if you do, get it checked ASAP.
