My sister and I went in looking for a car for her. All the guys were very helpfull and got us into a car that day. It was quick and easy and the environment was very inviting not like a normal car dealer the guys were very helpfull and got us into a car that day. It was quick and easy and the environment was very inviting not like a normal car dealer ship that is trying to get you into any car they can or make you feel obligated or pressured we would for sure give a recommindation to anyone looking for a car! I was looking for a specific car when I First stopped by, though they did not have what I was looking for, my sales rep Jamar said that he would keep an eye out for me and constantly stayed in touch until he though they did not have what I was looking for, my sales rep Jamar said that he would keep an eye out for me and constantly stayed in touch until he found what I was looking for! My car had just broken down and had very little to put as a down payment. I did not want to waste the money that I had on just any car cause I needed it to be safe for my family! For only the second time in my life I began a solo search for a much-needed vehicle with some apprehension and trepidation. I knew what I wanted, but once I found it online, I was unsure what to look for, wh for a much-needed vehicle with some apprehension and trepidation. I knew what I wanted, but once I found it online, I was unsure what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to know it was the right decision. I drove over three hours to North Coast Auto Mall and found it well worth the trip. Gene met me with a friendly smile, made me feel immediately at ease, and answered all my questions. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me arrive at a deal that I was comfortable with, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I now own a beautiful 2006 Chevrolet Colorado and would not hesitate to recommend that you check out North Coast Auto Mall if you are in need of a vehicle. And be sure to ask for Gene! More

When I first walked into the dealership right away I was greeted in a friendly manner. Gene was my sales man and he was very informative. He seemed to know a lot about the cars on the lot.
