So I checked out just about every review site before deciding to go through with this purchase... This place doesn't have the best reviews and I was somewhat skeptical at first. I did some further resea deciding to go through with this purchase... This place doesn't have the best reviews and I was somewhat skeptical at first. I did some further research and the other dealerships that I was considering purchasing from had even worse reviews, so that was a little reassuring. I've basically come to the conclusion that all dealers have bad reputations with at least a few people. Well, since this was the most authentic and useful review site, I would like to add my feedback about North Coast Auto. What drew me to this place was really a referral. When I checked this place out the prices were pretty average, and I think I could've gotten a deal that was at least pretty close to theirs somewhere else. They had exactly what I wanted, a blue Mercedes R350 that was still under factory warranty. My husband and I had a lot of questions about the vehicle in general so we asked the guys at North Coast and also visited the Mercedes dealership nearby just to make sure that the information was accurate. Everything they said was on point and once we negotiated the deal I was happy. The van runs extremely well, and just to be safe we did end up buying an extended warranty, which Mercedes assured would be covered. Overall, the most attractive thing about this dealership is that it's small and tight knit. All of the employees can be reached on their cell phones and they always have them on. There are no automated answer machines and cheap deals like some of the other lots... the deal is very straight up. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a luxury vehicle, they have a nice selection and are very easy to work with. Good luck in your search, I hope you find your dream car! More
About three years ago I got my first car from North Coast. That was a 2007 Volvo XC70. I'm still driving it to this day. I called a couple of months ago and had to deal with a new sales person, John Range. I was weary at first because the person I was used to dealing with left the company, but John impressed me with his frequent responses and attention to detail. I live in Wisconsin and had to get the vehicle shipped, which is something I normally wouldn't do. Last time I flew in to pick up the Volvo. This time we had the vehicle shipped... we decided to trust the guys at North Coast even though we saw that there were a couple of less then perfect transactions involving shipping. Like I said, John was very helpful in pointing out exactly what we could expect when receiving this car. So it took about two weeks to get the car on the road, which was a little longer then I expected but when I received it my wife and I were very happy. We know have a Volvo XC70 and an XC90 thanks to North Coast Auto! I think that these two transactions have given me the confidence to work with this dealership as I continue to purchase automobiles. They provided me with a very warm atmosphere and trusting environment. They could have easily taken advantage of me since I am so far away but they did not and the result was an honest; valuable transaction. Thank you John and Isabella!!! More
North Coast ended up giving $500.00 less on my trade because I was working with two people, they rushed the paperwork. The radiator froze up a week after buying it and I called them and all they could say is "it has a manufacturing warranty, take it into the dealer" 2009 Ford Flex. Before I got out the door the sales person was helping someone else and did not even shake my hand or say thank you. When I got home the bank called to confirm the information that the dealer gave them; come to find out, they inflated my income to get me the loan. Very rude, dishonest and I would not buy another thing from them, I would walk first!!!! More

Everything seemed to go well int the begining. When it was time to sign the paperwork the price of the car increased, the monthly payments increased, and the intreset rate increased. Everything I was promised in regards to service for the car was all crap. Nothing was fixed, winsheld cracked, tires done. After dealing with North Coast I had the feeling of being screwed over. I have purchased several cars, and this by far was the worst experience. Even after having the car for 29 days with temporary tags I still have not recieved the title. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Buyer beware! More
