Update for My Touch, oil change, recall I am usually happy with this dealership, but this time, unfortunately, I was not. I called three times, starting at 8:00 in the morning (returning a I am usually happy with this dealership, but this time, unfortunately, I was not. I called three times, starting at 8:00 in the morning (returning a call from Chris). Chris never called me back. I then put in a call directly to the service department, left a message (because they were too busy to answer the phone), and it took an hour for someone to call me back. The second issue I have is that the vehicle has been recalled (I can't remember for what reason at this time), but they could not fix it because "they didn't have the parts yet." Now I will need to bring it back once again when they are able to do so. More

great dealership I had an appointment set for the first oil change on my new Escape and when we got there everything was ready. They were very friendly and we had a great experience for our first time getting things done to the Escape. The service advisor was awesome and very friendly and answered any questions we had.....thank you so much More

There were two other dealerships that I visited and even though I have nothing negative to say about the other dealers, it was apparent that a Ford product was for me. I had a listing of items that were a must. Matt Casper was able to respond to every item. Best of all was when I picked up the car, every button on my car was reviewed with me by Matt so I knew exactly how to enjoy my vehicle the minute I drove away. I am so thankful for the staff at North Country that help me with the process. More

Courtesy Shuttle I was in there for service and an oil change, was told I would be able to get a ride back home if I lived within 10 miles of dealership. I was early t I was in there for service and an oil change, was told I would be able to get a ride back home if I lived within 10 miles of dealership. I was early to drop my car off and the gentlemen was out bringing someone else home (time out was 1:17) it was 1:35-1:40. My name was written next in line to get a ride and was told to have a seat in the lounge and he will come get me when he returns. So there I sat and at 2:45 I went up to the desk to see when he would be back, well he took the next gentleman after me and there was a time written that I was brought home at 2:36........um nope I was still there, very patiently waiting still for a ride home. They did get someone else to bring me home right away. All the work that was done was excellent and in a timely fashion, but as far as the shuttle.......I wont be counting on that again. More

The Service I received was excellent. Brent found me a loner on short notice and got someone to work on my F-150 within hours. North Country gave me the best treatment I could ask for.
