Brought my F150 Raptor that I had bought new from them in for oil change, recall work & a possible warranty issue on paint. I asked them to fix the seat belt cover on the floor which NC had not put back on for oil change, recall work & a possible warranty issue on paint. I asked them to fix the seat belt cover on the floor which NC had not put back on when I had previous re call work done - they accused me of doing it. when I brought up the paint issue, they were condescending, reluctant to help. They claimed to have sent info into Ford - but never heard anything. Took truck to another dealer & Ford is fixing it under warranty! NC is not focused on helping their customers whatsoever. Steer clear of this place!!! More
I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT, my sales rep was Mark Tallarico.. He promised to replace my center vent and told me it would be in a few weeks, it took 8 months before that vent was replace in the mean t Tallarico.. He promised to replace my center vent and told me it would be in a few weeks, it took 8 months before that vent was replace in the mean time this car has been nothing less than an nightmare. The ford sync spoke German and that required 8 months of being in the shop. When I did get the car back more issues. My dual climate does not work, my air only blows front vents and defrost.. blowing air at the feet is MIA 🙄.. What disappointing is that I walk by Mark Tallarico numerous times while the lemon he sold me was being fixed. He did not acknowledge or appear to even know me less than 2 days after the purchase..My calls and Text to him were ignored.. While at the shop my car obtain numerous dents and damageems on the exterior.. although they did fix it. I feel like the service department is subpar at best. These technicians don't give a crap about my car. Every loaner vehicle that I have been given by them has been a mess.. they don't clean their loaner vehicles.. I have driven over 5 from them while my car has been in service for 8 months. All a mess like they just got it return and handed me the key. One day I stop by to swap out the loaner they provided me because it was ticking when I turned on the heat. I stop by my vehicle to look at it, come to find out my truck was left wide open and windows were rolled down about an inch.. this was the morning before a big evening snow storm. I had to inform my service advisor of it. Imagine if I wasn't there that day. On a positive note, My service advisor Brent has been nothing but a professional.. Keeping me in the loop about the repairs etc. Nice guy. I feel like I made a friend. Also Matt from management has also been a wonder to work with. True professionals.. All and all my experience at North Country Ford had been nothing less than a total disaster minus Brent and Matt. I have upcoming service to get the exterior dings fix, the dual climate and air issue address.. I am praying it will not take another 8 months as in the time I have own it for 9 months. 8 of them have been spent in the repair lot. I would love to hear back from the GM and sit down and have this discussion with him or her. More

Incompetent Work The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under the car. Turned out to be 2 loose bolts to a drive shaft support that was removed for the fuel cell work. We had another shop discover and correct that. We notified North Country Ford of their error. There was no reasonable attempt to follow-up from them and they never spoke with us. Incompetent technician work and non-existent customer service follow-up. The Good - After servicing the car, it appeared they had washed the exterior. Also, it was convenient to have received an email with the invoice and to be able to click on the invoice to pay remotely before picking up the vehicle. Al More
Service has seriously gone down hill Had my oil changed and they said I needed the fuel filter changed. Had them change it and 13 days later it started leaking when I was on vacation. H Had my oil changed and they said I needed the fuel filter changed. Had them change it and 13 days later it started leaking when I was on vacation. Had to take the vehicle to a different Ford dealer and they said the fuel filter had been over tightened and was cracked. Contacted North Country for reimbursement and they said it was my fault. Also mysteriously on my previous oil change the brakes were flagged green and suddenly on this oil change they were flagged red! More
