Excellent service! Oil change/tire rotation This was the first time I've brought a vehicle to this dealer for service. I was greeted promptly in the Quicklane area and my car was finished soone This was the first time I've brought a vehicle to this dealer for service. Didn't honor a commitment. At 5000 oil change, service person said my next oil change would be on them because I waited quite a while. Came in for next oil change and mentioned At 5000 oil change, service person said my next oil change would be on them because I waited quite a while. Came in for next oil change and mentioned that to service person who I did not work with before and it was not in the computer for free. They talked a little among themselves and it seemed they thought that would be ok. However, when Ryan came to get me when they were done, he said everything looked good and all I had to do was pay the cashier. This stunned me because I assumed it was free. Not happy. Very disappointed. More

Great Dealership with Great Service I specifically chose this dealership to buy my Escape from based on their customer reviews.
