Professional service I came in thinking (hoping) there was frozen Minnesota weather stuck up in my wheel well. Diagnosis was different. Chris was informative on her call to me. We left my Fusion overnight and I had an awesome 2018 Fusion for my rental. The work was finished by noon the next day for pick up. Awesome experience I recently had to bring my 2014 Ford escape in for some work that was non-warranty. I also picked up a rental car. As it turned out, part of the work I recently had to bring my 2014 Ford escape in for some work that was non-warranty. I also picked up a rental car. As it turned out, part of the work I needed done ended up being covered under my extended warranty and my rental car turned into a loaner car for two days. During that time, they kept me informed and had my car ready to pick up when they said it would be done. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a really positive experience. More
