NCF took my car right away when I arrived and were finished before I expected them to be. The Service Advisor explained what they had done to upgrade my car and answered all of my questions competely. More
Lack of communication Was told service would take about 1 to 1:30 hours. At about 2 hours I walked to service desk and my truck had been ready for a half hour. Nobody came to me in the waiting area to let me know. I had gotten a phone message, but my phone was turned off since I was in waiting area. My service guy had left for the night and his replacement evidently thought it was to tough to walk all the way down to the waiting area to let me know. Why did this happen? More

But I have a busy & unpredictable schedule, plus leaving the car behind isn't practicle. I had a day open and the folks at Quick Lane were able to take me on the same day I called. In two hours (I was told to expect 1 & 1/2 hrs.) it was done PLUS I got a $70 rebate from Michelin & a $100 Luther Service Card, I got four great michelin tires INSTALLED for less than $200 each. I think that's a bargain and the staff was more than helpful in answering any questions I had. More

Once the vehicle was dropped off Jack Hackman kept me informed of the diagnosis and progress of the vehicle. He also quoted me the estimate of the repairs. He informed me that they would have to get parts in and what the time frame would be for completion. Jack kept me up to date on the repairs and once completed the invoice was less than the estimate. I own 3 Ford family products and North Country Ford does all of my service work. I find them to be honest, fair and responsive to my needs. They will continue to get my business. More
