Service duration I've always been satisfied with the service I've received for the last 12 or so years, but I still haven't had my vehicle ready when promised. From oil changes to tire replacement, the promised time has always been 20 minutes later up to an hour. If Rapid Oil Change can do an oil change in less than 30 minutes and Tires Plus can replace 4 tires in less than an hour, why does it take North Country Ford 2 hours and 20 minutes to do both? It would be nice, just one time, for me to hear my name called by the service advisor BEFORE the vehicle was promised. More
Great service as usual Jack did a great job again as did the technicians and the cashier!!!. Additionally we have bought 4 vehicles over the past 9 years for our selves and Jack did a great job again as did the technicians and the cashier!!!. Recalls Sadly my Ford Fusion had 3 recalls, I was given a free rental and work was done quickly. Great communication through entire process. The individual I spoke with, when I made my appointment, actually checked and found the 3rd recall. I was only aware of 2. I believe this saved me a separate trip for that 3rd. recall. Problem with keeping a steady speed. We had a problem with our Ford Escape holding a steady speed. Diagnosed it quickly - Gave us a loaner and great communication throughout!! Peace of mind Great job! I had my truck serviced at Hudson Ford twice and both times had to make a return trip to have something corrected.....that's not right Great job! Now I remember the reason that I drive all the way from Stillwater to North Country Ford for service, I bought the truck from them and that was a good experience. However and most importantly North Country Ford continues to provide a good experience long after they sell you the vehicle! More

I have a 2014 Escape and have had the routine service at every 5K miles - which has been completed thoroughly and on time - every time - I usually wai I have a 2014 Escape and have had the routine service at every 5K miles - which has been completed thoroughly and on time - every time - I usually wait so it's nice to know how long I will be waiting. I have had some minor issues with my Escape and they have been addressed completely. I am not sure how your service could be improved. Every one is friendly and obviously well trained and competent. Dave Christopher went through my minor problems in great detail when I checked in and when the vehicle service was completed he discussed the resolution of each problem in detail. He was excellent. Customer service I am writing this more as a suggestion than because I was upset. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and have always had excellent service I am writing this more as a suggestion than because I was upset. I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and have always had excellent service at North Country. Today i stood for 3-5 minutes feeling invisible while the check in people were deep in discussion. My initial reaction was they must have been discussing business. I stayed back from the counter. No one looked up at me or addressed me In any manner such as 'One moment please' which is all it would have taken to turn this into a positive experience. At some point I realized that they were discussing their lunch orders ('So you want guacamole but not mustard or lettuce?'). They continued until they were finished and still seemed to not notice me despite no one else being present but thE three of us In this narrow space. Whereas this wasn't an unforgivable error, it is not consistent with the service I have had in the past and feeling invisible is a feeling some people might become angry over. I think my tone may have indicated that I was slightly annoyed but the check in clerk did nothing to alleviate this and was less than the usual friendly and smiley when I was finally helped. No apologies were made which would have again, turned it into a positive for me. Just basic customer service skills were missing in this visit. The actual service on my car was done in a timely manner and the check out went smoothly which was done by a different person. More
