Pleasant staff; poor communication This was the second service visit I've had with this Luther location and both have been disappointing. The first was a Quick Lane oil change that took This was the second service visit I've had with this Luther location and both have been disappointing. The first was a Quick Lane oil change that took nearly 2 hours. They did comp the oil change, but it was clear there was confusion behind the scenes. The second was another oil change and tire rotation. I'm still not certain the tires were rotated and balanced. More problematic is that I had two problems I asked them to diagnose, and was charged $139 for each - two separate issues, two separate diagnostic fees, they told me. I was called and given an estimate for repairs ($1,700), and told the parts would take about 3 days to arrive. I told the tech to do just the oil change this time, and I would schedule a time for the following week for one of the repairs, and next month for the second. When I picked up the truck, they had completed the first repair with an additional $800 bill I wasn't prepared for. More

decent prices, very busy place The service department is always busy and takes at least 5 minutes to answer the phone two times now I've had an appointment and they've taken so long The service department is always busy and takes at least 5 minutes to answer the phone two times now I've had an appointment and they've taken so long to look at my car that they ran out of time and couldn't fix it same day. They were booked out THREE weeks for a rental car. Pretty sad. Other than that they do a good job on any work and their oil changes are reasonably priced More

99.9% Isn't Good Enough Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. But I firmly believe that North Country Ford is not one of those businesses that are. The reason I say this is I have been going to this dealer for the last four years and only once did I have an issue that I thought was unfair. Guess what, I talked to Tom the service manager and he fixed the issue I had without hesitation. Yes, in the four years I have been going there I could have been 99.9% satisfied but like I said, Tom corrected the minor issue I had and turned it into 100% Completly Satisfied. This is the reason I continue to buy all my vehicles and do all my service work with them because at the end of the day, there just is no other place that can match their level of service in pricing and customer service. It has been a true pleasure getting to know all of the wonderful employees that I have had the pleasure to do business with I want to give credit to Tom the Service Manager, Brent and Jack In the Service Dept. Tim Reil, Perry Feavel, and Tom Reil in sales for always taking care of me and my family over the last four years and for never being satisfied with only being 99.9% Good Enough. More
2014 Focus 10K Service The phone call to set up my service appointment was very helpful. Told me where to go, and who to see. Once I arrived, the check-in was very quick. Dave confirmed what my appointment was for, and they had my rental car waiting right there. Dave called me when my car was finished (the next day, as arranged). I arrived, and my car was waiting right in front. Dave answered all of my questions and informed me that the transmission would have to re-learn my habits (part of the service was a recall to reprogram the Transmission Control Module) so it might have some unusual shifting for 1,500 miles or so. They washed it for me too, which was a nice bonus. Also, because it was the first service for this car, they took care of it for free! More
