Christine was terrific in explaining everything and contacting me when the work was done with information on when I could pick it up. Thank you for excellent service on 9-2-2015 I drove my 2009 Ford Escape in with two warning lights on (check engine and a wrench). After looking at the manual, I found out that the wrench warni I drove my 2009 Ford Escape in with two warning lights on (check engine and a wrench). After looking at the manual, I found out that the wrench warning light denoted a problem with the throttle/power train. I explained to Christine Schulze, Service Advisor that I have only one car and I was afraid to drive it on the freeway. Christine said that she would try to fit me in the same day. She asked me if I would like a shuttle ride back to my home. The shuttle ride was very helpful since I didn't have a ride back. I am very happy that Christine fit me into the schedule that day even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. Christine told me that if it was a throttle problem, Ford had extended the warranty and the throttle could be replaced at no additional cost. I was able to have my car serviced the same day under warranty. I want to thank both Christine Schulze and North Country Ford Lincoln, Coon Rapids for the excellent service provided to me! More
Spoiled by great Ford technology. Key fobs were not working. Made me realize how spoiled I am by great Ford Fusion. They got things handled as soon as possible.
