My wife and I were in the market for a used car, specifically a Mercury Milan. There was a nice '06 on the lot that, when we drove it, we decided was the car to buy. The salesman Richard was very boisterous ... and I had to tell him to back off. Far to physical at first. During a test drive my wife was trying to pull into traffic and could not see past another vehicle. She asked me, in the back seat, if it was clear and I told her I thought it was .... but then Steve barked that she should just go. That offended her, but we continued to test drive. We really liked the car. Fast forward a few days, and see my review for Hyundai Of St Augustine. We bought the same exact car for $4000 less and never had to deal with the sales manager telling me that I didn't understand prices and profits. They overcharge and treat you like you're dumb. But the best part? I asked the Hyundai dealer to get me some touch up paint for a scratch on the bumper, and guess where I get to drive my car to get it? Yep. I'll enjoy that. More
