Terrible Service Department I took my new 2015 Rav 4 into North Georgia for the first maintenance. When I picked it up it had a broken windshield. Took it back on Monday and the service manager said there was no way any of his guys did that. It had to be a rock. I tried to tell him that I was the only who had driven the car and I know the glass was not broken when I brought it in on Saturday. His response was pretty much...sorry about your luck. My car was dirty from the rainy weather so I didn't notice that it also had a scuffed up place on the front bumper that was not there when I took it in for service. I know he'll deny that his guys did it and it's my word against his. I can't make them pay to correct what they did wrong but I can write this bad review in hopes you will take your car somewhere else for service. The service department is a total mess from the construction and I truly believe the damage took place there. I will be taking my SUV to another dealership for service. More

Don't care about my time I made an appointment for a recall 2 weeks in advance asking how long the recall would take I was told 30 minutes. My car never moved for the first 30 minutes then I waited another hour before I finally went to ask what was going on with my car. I was told oh your car has been done. I had told the person when I checked in I was waiting but he never put it on my paper. I will never use them again. An hour and half for a 30 minute repair is unacceptable. Was suppose to see Mr. Dixon but never saw him. He was at lunch at 3 when I got there and when I finally went to ask about my car he was busy so I asked someone standing around. They found out my car had been ready but no one bothered to tell me. If they were working on my car they would have charged me for my time since I had to wait an extra hour are they going to pay me for my time? More

NEEDLESS TO SAY THE END RESULT WAS THAT I ENDED UP HAVING TO DO THE WORK MYSELF. THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED MECHANICS IN MY OPNION, AND THEY CANNOT WORK ON A VEHICAL. THEY LIE AND TELL YOU THINGS THAT ARENT EVEN WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICAL, AND YOU END UP PAYING WAY MORE THAN YOU ACTUALLY NEEDED TO. WE PAID THESE GUYS OVER $4000.00 AND ENDED UP DOING OVER HALF THE WORK OURSELVES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY TYPE OF REPAIR WORK ON YOUR VEHICAL, DO IT YOURSELF, OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL HOME TOWN MECHANIC. NOT THE DEALERSHIP.
