Good afternoon sir, My name is Matthew, the same Matthew that you referenced in your review, and I am the Customer Service Manager here at Miami Ca Credit. I apologize if you felt that you had a negative experience with us, that is something that we never want our customers to feel. That being said I would like to address your review and some of your concerns. With over 400 cars on the lot, we use an automated system when listing features of each car, we insert the VIN number and the list auto populates. I explained all of this too you and apologized for the confusion because once in a blue moon mistakes are made. That being said, you wanted us to install a $2,000 part on a vehicle because there was a mistake online about Satellite Radio. The car was already under market value, you weren't able to find it cheaper anywhere else and you were getting a great deal on the car. We price our vehicles lower than our competitors because we are a volume dealer. We don't have $2,000 to throw into a car because of an online mistake sir and all of this was explained to you ad nauseam. In regard to our fees: they are not over $1,500,. There is a dealer fee of $895 (Which 90% of dealers here in FL charge which covers repairs made to the vehicle, ensuring it's safe etc) and a state filing fee of $199. That's it. I'm sorry for your experience with us however we went above and beyond to help you sir but unfortunately it was not enough. If you ever require our services again, please feel free to call me personally and I will be glad to help however I can. PS: DealerRater is extremely stringent in their reviews process, fake reviews are not acceptable and question our integrity. Our customers leave good reviews because they're happy with the service that we offer, unfortunately we were unable to make you just as happy as 99% of our customers. For that I apologize. Have a wonderful day sir and I hope you find the car you're looking for.

In response to your response … I hope that anyone reading this dribble picks up on the excuse that you’ve made. It is exactly what you said to me, which is that you are “not responsible for any mistakes that you make.” What business gets away with this? You advertised the vehicle as having Satellite Radio installed. 4 times, I asked that this be verified before I made that trip to Miami. It was only after I said that I would not come down until I had a picture of the radio showing the Satellite Radio icon. When you got caught, you guys argued that the cost was very minimal and I have an email to back that up. It was $295. Now, in your reply, you state that the cost was $2,000.00! That’s amazing how you’re able to twist numbers as you modify the story. I have those emails for anyone who would like to view them. As for the fees … I have your Buyer’s Order that was emailed to me and $899 + $199 does not equal $1,501.45, which is what you tried to pull. For anyone who would like to verify this, go online to photobucket dot com and in the search window, search the VIN (5UXZW0C52CL667683) – the VIN is the username. Or, click here: http://s345.photobucket.com/user/5UXZW0C52CL667683/media/23b04ed9-6cb8-4d11-8da3-fa94dd4c984d_zpser47nv4h.jpg.html Now, as for fake reviews … Are you are trying to insult everyone that might be reading this? Anybody knows that someone can use a proxy server to disguise an IP address and then pump up the reviews all day long to cover up the bad reviews. I would recommend that anyone reading your reviews, sort them by “Negative” otherwise, by default, only the Positive and/or Fake Reviews show up at the top. Shall I go on?

A: Once we called over to the dealership and gave the VIN of the vehicle to the techs, the cost for inserting the hardware and software required went up because the car doesn't have the Hardware required for Satellite radio in that vehicle. Had the vehicle had the hardware previously installed it would have been around $295. In an effort to help you, we went a step further to have the vehicle checked to see if it was possible for us to just pay for the software installation. Once it was determined that hardware was needed than the cost on the work obviously went up because a technician would have to rip the car apart just to install said hardware. B: The only fees we charge are the ones I stated above, I cannot make that clearer. The state of Florida also charges Tag, Title and registration fees which we are required to charge you. C: I understand that you feel that we are a nefarious dealership, again, I apologize to you for your experience. I can guarantee that NO ONE at this dealership has the time to be setting up Proxy Servers to create fake reviews. We rely instead on our ability to meet customers in the middle thereby creating a business transaction that is strong for both parties that makes both parties happy. Please keep in mind that our number one priority is to give our customers a good experience with us and sell cars at the same time. We would have loved to sell you the car you wanted however we were unwilling to meet your demands because they were too costly. If you feel that that makes us shady etc, you are perfectly within your right to feel that way. You at no time have been under any obligation to purchase a vehicle with us and again, we wish you the best of luck in your car buying endeavors sir.
