We had a great experience in North Reading. We were selling our Imprezza and went to another dealership before we went to North Reading. The other dealership was curt and treated us like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Dwight was great and made us feel a whole lot better. We also got a much better quote on our car too. Worth the trip for us even though the other dealership was closer. I highly recommend this place and will encourage my friends to check it out.

Had a great experience buying our new Subaru Forester from North Reading Subaru. Fred was great - outstanding customer service. We found the whole process, from our test drive, through negotiation and finally financing the vehicle was very low key. I would definitely recommend North Reading Subaru to my friends and family.

My new Outback purchase at NR Subaru was overall a pleasant experience in relation to purchases from other auto dealers in my past which had made me distinctly dislike the the thought of ever walking into a dealership again. The employees were friendly, accommodating and efficient with me throughout the transaction. I had the complication of a trade, but they quickly assessed that for me and came back with bottom line numbers. The subsequent negotiation was straightforward, and I felt the deal we arrived at was reasonably fair to all. Fred Hildago, who worked with me most directly was knowledgeable about the product, and did a great job taking care of my needs around an extended test drive, and then coordinating my purchase and pick up of the vehicle. The other employees that I interacted with also contributed to a positive experience. No one put on the salesman show with the associated haggling and pressure for extras, which again was a pleasant change from past experiences. During the time I spent in the dealership, I got a more general feeling from observing others that the atmosphere was one of mutual respect where the employees tried to address customers' questions and needs without trying to push them into decisions. For all of these reasons I would not recommend North Reading Subaru if you are looking to play a 'Lets Make a Deal' reality show with a car dealership, but I would recommend them if you desire a direct, unpressured evaluation of whether to buy a Subaru

North reading gave us the lowest quote over an email inquiry. $500 less than average. When we went there, they honored the email quote. The trade-in negotiation is quick and smooth. I could feel that Dan, our sales person tried very hard to meet our expectation. They have the model we like in stock so we just dropped off our old car there and drove back the new car. I don't feel pushed or tricked during the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership to people who are looking for 2014 forester car.

Was looking to trade my Acura for a Subaru Outback. I visited three other Subaru dealerships surrounding Stoneham and only North Reading Subaru kept to their word. Honesty is a big factor ! Further, every staff member I met and dealt with we're professional and caring. I have now recommended three parishioners so far to North Reading Subaru. From the time I first looked at the Outback, to the quote given to me, to their keeping their word, the experience has been superb ! Paul and Dave helped me immensely and I highly recommend North Reading Subaru over any Subaru dealership in the greater Boston Area.

Like many others on this site I had a great experience with North Reading Subaru and Dave Melkonian, the whole staff actually. I was car shopping for a long time before coming to NR Subaru and had some really bad experiences at other dealerships. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all he was not pushy in the least. Everything felt right and I decided to end my long search for the perfect car at the perfect dealership and they have done a great job taking care of me since. I almost forgot to mention Steve, the finance guy, he was great - very knowledgeable and walked me through every step with no pressure at all.

I generally hate going to the dealership, but my wife and I were ready to buy a new car. Dan and Fred were awesome. This was the easiest and most honest car buying experience I have ever had. Got a new Outback at a great price, and got it all done on the same day! Highly Recommend.

This was the best experience I could have while searching for a car. I had tried going to other dealers and they were rude and they didn't want to sell me a car that was best for me. It was just another deal them. Everyone at North Reading Subaru really helped me feel at home. It was welcoming, and no one was shoving a car down my throat. They understood that until I found the car I wanted I was just researching and looking for the best buy. I would go back there in a heart beat to purchase a new car. Shawn was very nice and helpful and answer every question to the fullest!! I will send everyone I know there!!

And I LOVE the Legacy that I purchased!! Got it for a great deal, and plan on having this car for a very long time!!!
