My Review of North Reading Subaru:
The purchase of a 2004 Subaru Outback was a very pleasant experience for me. The Melkonian Subaru Agency is new in North Reading and I believe in shopping where I live. So when I began thinking about purchasing a new car I immediately planned to check the new dealership out. As I entered the showroom I was warmly welcomed by Adam King. The atmosphere was gleaming, the new models sparkled, and huge clumps of happy balloons floated above us! I thought: This will be fun!

Adam and I sat down to discuss what I was looking for and I did have definite thoughts. We did a trial ride but the color wasn't for me. Adam gathered my requirements and told me he would be in touch soon. He called me a few days later to say he had some cars for me to look at. He was so patient with no sales pressure nor did he send me to other salespeople. All in all it was a very comfortable and totally satisfying transaction.

Steve, the business manager was also most gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Simply the best car buying experience!!! From my original email and phone conversation with Dan Hubbard to my dealings with Sales Representative Rhett Sanders. The dealership is focused on a commitment to meeting each customer's specific needs and was able to locate my vehicle in south-west Connecticut and have it at their dealership the next day. Rhett conveyed a remarkable depth of product knowledge and was a consummate professional. Everyone at the dealership displayed a genuinely friendly and helpful attitude. They weren't the closest Subaru dealership - however, they are head and shoulders above their competition and well worth the drive. If your in the market for a new vehicle you owe it to your self to visit North Reading Subaru.

I THINK THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING MY CAR BROKE DOWN IN MASS AND I HAD GONE TO OTHER AUTO DEALERS HONDA TOYOTA NISSAN AND CAME TO SUBARU WORN OUT ON A FREEZING COLD DAY LATE IN THE DAY.I RECEIVED A HOSPITABLE WELCOME OFERED COFFEE AND NOT PRESSURED IN ANY WAY. I HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO THINK OVER THE GREAT CAR I BOUGHT . MIKE RHETT AND DAVE AND EVERYBODY AT THE STORE WERE FANTASTIC IT MADE MY PURCHASE A REAL PLEASURE.THANKYOU EVERYBODY AT MELKONIANS. My Review of North Reading Subaru:
Overall, I had a very satisfying experiene at North Reading Subaru. Rhett, my salesperson, was exceptionally knowledgeable about his product and spent a generous amount of time explaining the parts of the car that were of most interest to me. He did not bore me with additional information. He provided both information as well as a live walk-around to showcase pertinent elements of the vehicle. He was never pushy, he met at a convenient time for me, and he even picked me up at my residence on the day of purchase (since I had sold my vehicle and did not have transportation to the dealership).

Mike made the process of leasing the vehicle very streamlined. Negotiating was straight-forward, with the invoice provided for my viewing, and he welcomed comparison shopping from within the industry, as I have a brother who works in the automotive industry. There was no badgering, no excessive phone calls, and no pressure to lease the vehicle. The price was fair, the people involved pleasant, and the experience laid-back. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subauru.

My Review of North Reading Subaru:
From the minute we walked into the dealership, everyone was friendly and professional. We purchased two cars within a month (2010 Outback and 2010 Legacy), and Rhett was fantastic! He was very patient and knowlegable, and it is evident that he enjoys his job. Dave and Steve were wonderful as well. They all made a stressful siutation easier. They all were great with my three year old son running around as well. My son enjoyed the lego table and the snacks! Thank you and we will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family.

Very helpful knowledgeable sales staff on both the vehicle front as well as the financial option front. Overall a fantastic experience. This is a big spend item and it helps to buy from someone you trust and who is out to help you rather than take advantage of you. Wholeheartedly recommend North Reading Subaru.

My Review of North Reading Subaru:
We had no problems from start to finish with this dealership. We knew which vehicle we wanted to purchase and they found it for us. They had it driven from Bangor, Maine to North Reading, Mass, which was convient for us to get to.
The only thing that wasnt taken care of for us was the inspection sticker due to the day/time in which we were picking up the vehicle. We hope for many years to come to feel this was a great purchase........

My Review of North Reading Subaru:
I am so excited about our new Subaru! We drove one hour to get to this dealership because my husband and I heard such great things about them! We went to the dealer with the intention of bringing home our new vehicle today and we were not disappointed. My husband leased a 2006 Impreza and I was concerned since he had gone over his mileage allowance. Not only were they able to get us out of his car without much pain but they made a fantastic deal for us on a 2010 Forester. Rhett (our sales professional) was awesome! He did not pressure us into making a quick decision and he was very knowledgeable about Subaru technology. That is not something that I am normally quick to say either! Stephen Bova (our business manager) made the paperwork a breeze and explained everything so that we understood what we were signing.

Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership and every employee there. They went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed and that we were able to pick up our kids on time! Love you all!
