After we signed the contract, manger David Haber was only interested to sell us EXTENDED WARRANTY, not even one word to explain to us what 'HONDA CERTIFIED PREOWNED' is already covered.<br><br>3. MISSING ITEMS from DAY 1, sale Sidney Skolnick promised to delivered the missing items "IN A FEW DAYS". We called them every few days to check status, we never got a straight answer. After 10 days, we decided to take a trip to the dealer. When we got there, we were still getting the sabatage answer. We refused to leave without any promised paper work (we insisted them to place an order for my missing items, and we wanted to have that parts order number).
