My Review of North Shore Volkswagon:
Price - told me they were giving me a GREAT deal when I was getting price quotes significantly lower from area dealerships. In addition, they told me there were no owner loyalty programs when I knew that there were.

Overall Experience - My experience was so bad that I will not even go there to buy touch up paint. The salesman over promised and under delivered yet was unwilling to lower the cost of my vehicle or make up any other compensation.

Friendliness - The General Manager repeatedly got my name wrong. For me this clearly demonstrates he does not want to know me as a person. He only wanted me for my money - NOT to make me a loyal customer

Quality of Work - There is not enough room to describe the hassle I had to deal with in acquiring the vehicle I wanted to purchase.

Customer Service - Appalling . . . Takes a week to return calls . . . did not ask enough questions to know what I truly wanted. In addition, when they made errors in this deal they had the guts to actually place the blame on me.

My Review of North Shore Volkswagon:
I visited North Shore VW only because it is the closest VW dealership to my house. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with their service. I had a problem with AM radio and had to take car to them several times. After each visit Service Department would assure me that it is fixed, however, as soon as I start driving I still can not get AM reception. Every time I drop off the car for service, I would ask them to drive and see if radio working, but no one ever drove.
Second, I had a problem with a starter and the car had to be towed to dealership on WEdnesday. Until Friday service deaprtment did not have a chance to take a look what was the problem. When finally discovering the problem on Friday,( please note, car was on the dealership since WEdnesday) part had to be ordered and wouldn't arrive there until Monday, leaving me without car for the weekend. I do realize that if it a situation, then it happens, but I wish they took initiative and looked at it in timely manner.
Overall, I would not recommend any of my friends to visit North Shore VW.

My Review of North Shore Volkswagon:
After a HORRIBLE experience at Quirk VW in Braintree, I came up to Northshore VW for one last shot at getting a VW. Tom was GREAT! He listened, showed me cars in my price range, did not hassle me to buy, and in the end I left with an adorable VW Beetle Convertible!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or CPO VW.
