Dangerous car and uncaring employees. They’ll be nice to your face and tell you what you want to hear, then the moment you’re in the car, they forget all about you. We bought a used Chrysler 300. We drove it less then a mile before I called and told them something was wrong with the car. They said it’s “sold as-is” and hung up on me! We didn’t even make it home and the wheel bearing broke on the passenger side.They put us in a very dangerous situation and I called them again and was told it’s too bad because it’s sold as-is. We took it to a shop and we had to pay out of pocket for a new wheel bearing. I asked them for help and I’ve just been blown off. And the salesman Brandon blocked me so I can’t call or text him, that’s a little childish in my opinion.I bought the car to get me back and forth to chemotherapy and surgeries for my stage 4 cancer and I explained to them when we bought the car that we needed something reliable. We were on a budget and they acted like they cared. Brandon Dahlin was our salesman so beware when dealing with these people, they will take advantage of the situation and run the moment you need help. We drove off the lot and the car broke… We didn’t even make it home with it and we had it in the shop. The mechanic we took it to was shocked that a dealership would sell a car in such a dangerous condition. More
If you try to do business here, either no one will respond or you will get called constantly. They implement practices that no other dealer that I've been to, does. In 2020, I dealt with Brandon, a total liar, In 2021, I dealt with Skylar over the phone. Apparently the truck came in because I've been called every day!!!!! They seem hungry for your business one day and then the next day, you can't even get a response. This appears to be a common issue. I hope they close one day! I'll drive by and laugh! More
Dokmo Lack of Service Center I am unsatisfied with the service at Dokmo. I brought my Chrysler Town and Country in for warranty work. Intermittently the van would not start unles I am unsatisfied with the service at Dokmo. I brought my Chrysler Town and Country in for warranty work. Intermittently the van would not start unless the vehicle was put into neutral. The service technician indicated that a new ignition module was required. We agreed to replacing it after confirming it was covered by the warranty (service contract) We advised that we only wanted work done that was covered under warranty. We received a called after the new ignition module was installed to inform us that our key fobiks would not program with the new module and that we needed to replace the keys at our expense. $400 total for two new key fobiks. It was my position that we should not be responsible for this charge as we were not given any up-front warning that this could happen. The best compromise the dealership was willing to make was 20% off the cost of keys. A couple weeks after having our van back we are experiencing the exact same issue. Now we are back to square one. It's time to find a service department that offers honesty and quality workmanship. Do yourself a favor and avoid DOKMO, unless you like being billed for the ineptitude of others. More

Great service from sales department My experience was a good one. They give 2 free oil changes with used vehicle purchase and I'm not local so they gave me a full tank of gas instead. Dokmo not only obtained the necessary replacement transmission within 12 hours and installed immediately, they allowed us to "camp" in their lot while they worked on our vehicle. AND they gave is a loaner. From the service manager to the mechanic to the person who set up our loaner to the many random employees who stopped by our RV to ask if we needed anything, everyone at Dokmo was outstanding. We received this level of service as mere passers by. We believe that this dealership and staff exemplify excellence in all regards. More
Don't let them rip you off Sold me a terrible car and I believe they knew it before they sold it to me. Horrible service department! I bought my truck new in 2014 and the sales staff was fine. Since then I have had nothing but trouble trying to get repairs performed. It took 6 week I bought my truck new in 2014 and the sales staff was fine. Since then I have had nothing but trouble trying to get repairs performed. It took 6 weeks to get accessories installed. The bumper started rusting and they told me all they could do is take pictures. Now the lug nuts are rusty which is clearly from improper tooling when they removed and installed the wheels during tire rotation and the 3 TIMES IT TOOK TO FIX THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM. More

Dokmo was also very understanding of what I was trying to do with the bank to get the purchase done. They were comfortable with me coming back the next day to finish everything and didn't try to pressure me into staying. They went over the the warranty options but did not pry or push any further after I expressed that I wasn't interested. Nate even set up my phone with the UConnect before we left!! Awesome experience and I will be telling other people its worth the drive up from Rochester!!! More
