I brought my tacoma prerunner in to have work done to it awhile back, and paid over $2500 dollars for the repairs. My truck is now at another dealer, fixing what Northridge was supposed to fix, and now its costing over $3000 dollars+ to get it done right. Northridge scams people out of money and claims that work was done. It's really sad that being one of the best vehicles on the road, Northridge is ruining the name for other Toyota dealers. It's not right what they are doing and we will be going after them legally and making sure they don't do this again to other people.

I wish there was a negative rating on here! My Husband and I took in our 99 Toyota Pre-Runner to get fixed and Northridge DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY CLAIMED TO DO!!!!! The service department said with everything that we "had" done was like having a brand new engine! Well needless to say our truck is now at another Mechanic getting fixed. So if you want things done go to another Mechanic!!!!!

Paul Brown, our sales representative was very helpful during our lease of our 2013 Toyota Corolla.
The leasing experience was smooth and easy and close to our home in Chatsworth.
We love the ride and the MPG-especially with regular gas approaching $5/gallon.
Follow up , after sale, is excellent.

Hi,
I just bought a new Scion tC at Northridge Toyota yesterday. George Arau was my salesman and he did a great job of figuring out what I was looking for from my very poor descriptions. I was going to buy a car until I had driven some other manu's. So I loved the Scion and had to get my finances in order and they were patient, then ready to go when i was ready the next day.

I had a great experience.

I GAVE THIS RATING TO THE DEALER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. BECAUSE HE WAS VERY GENEROUS BUT VERY DESCRIPTIVE WITH HIS SALES. HELPED OUT WITH MANY THINGS THAT I HAD CONCERNS ABOUT. Came into Northridge to look at an ad car that they had. I was helped by a salesman named Tony (I can't recall his last name) and he went to show me the Corolla that I asked about. There was no problems with this, but after I agreed that I liked the car, he told me that it was on hold to be sold -.- He then proceeded to try to sell me a brand new car.
