Our first oil change was done at the express lane a few weeks ago and it went flawlessly. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I was originally told it would take 2 hours but it was finished in an hour and fifteen minutes. I do think that’s a little long for an oil change but they have two amazing waiting areas with really comfortable chairs and free sofa and coffee which is a big plus!! I highly recommend Northside ford for your new and used car shopping and highly recommend their quick lane for oil changes More
