I took my car in last week because of an alarm indicator light that was coming on intermittently. The technician could not find a reason so we went on a ride for 20-30 minutes and nothing happened. I real light that was coming on intermittently. The technician could not find a reason so we went on a ride for 20-30 minutes and nothing happened. I really appreciated the fact that he wanted to find the problem and was not trying to move on. I also asked that my new iPhone e synced with my car because I hadn’t been able to make it happen. The two young ladies in the front tried and it wouldn’t sync. One of them went on line and found that my phone and car are not compatible YET. I appreciated the fact that they tried, then researched and found the reason. Thank you all for being a thoughtful and caring group of people. More

Car began screeching when I applied my brakes. Not sure how long this had been going on. I usually have my windows up and radio on. This day I had my windows down. I was greeted and asked what brought me in. I explained. Svc Advisor, Mark looked at my car tires. He told me my brakes were rubbing metal to metal and my rotor might need replacing. He gave me an estimate of $900. Offered me a loaner as he felt it may be dangerous for men to drive the car. It was late in the day. Said they would begin work in the morning and that it should be ready by noon. I returned the next afternoon. Mark was happy to tell me the rotor was fine and the amount I owed was quite a bit less than the $900 he told me the day before! As a cautious female, Mark was very professional and straight forward with me. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership yet they treated me very fair. No delays or added expenses!! I highly recommend Mark and Northside Ford. More
