Great service even after the sale I had not purchased a car in years and was dreading the whole process. After all some things you just can't do with out when you drive 60 miles a day to work and back and your old vehicle was at it's end with 180,000 miles on it. The price was more than fair and the vehicle met my needs. Financing was quick and painless and I now have just over 1,000 ,miles on my new car. Carl Carleton greeted us right away and was eager to help us out. He took us right to the cars we wanted to look at and was extremely knowledgeable of all the features. He didn't try to take us to other models or cars, he listened to exactly what we wanted and kept us right there. He did a magnificent job of listening and answering all of our questions precisely. He didn't talk around questions or change the subject, he was up front about everything. Gave his opinions, but ultimately said it was our call. He didn't try to persuade us in anyway. The test drive was very smooth and enjoyable. He brought attention to all of things we should be interested in when driving such as what mode to be in for all the different types of weather and let us know of all the safety features. He did a thorough job of explaining every little detail of the car... It was a lot of information, but it was very much appreciated. When doing the paperwork and negotiating the price, he was fair and didn't pressure us. The finance department was equally as nice. We didn't feel like we were being sold anything extra that we didn't need, once we said we weren't interested, he moved on. All in all it was a truly amazing car buying experience....It is something we had been dreading for awhile but turned out to be a really nice experience. Thank you! More
