Tim Samaroo is very knowledgeable with all the paperwork that was involved and made this process so easy for us. Carl's friendliness, positive attitude, and knowledge of the cars that I inquired about was very impressive. Carl made sure I had his personal card on my very first visit. There was no pressure from Carl, like I experience in the other dealerships. I was looking at the Suzuki XL 2008. On my third visit I decided Northtowne was the place I wanted to purchase a car from because I liked Carl's personality, his knowledge of what I was looking at and for, and his friendliness. We Drive the Suzuki, I loved it, but on my arrival there was a 2004 Hunda Polite, my brother and I asked if we could test drive it, and the rest is history. I bought the Hunda. I appreciate how Carl Carleton took care of me, no pressure, no haggling, no sales pitch. I purchased the Honda because every question we ask about the Honda Carl not only answered the question but backed it up with car fax of the question we asked plus. I drove my clean detail SUV Honda home that very day. Paul let us look the car over and described what we were looking at and answered all of our questions. A test drive was set up without any hassle and away we went. The Focus ST is an incredible machine. This one had a few door dings from the previous owner, nothing unusual, that were professionally repaired before we took delivery. Nice touch! Northtowne also handled our unique finance/payment situation quickly and without a hitch. We are repeat customers of Paul because it always goes smoothly with no unwanted pressure.
