Tony was great. He was friendly and very accommodating and did everything possible to make my service appointment a pleasant experience. I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change, oil filter change, air cabin filter change, and added a car wash. It took two hours to complete. Everyone I was around in the lobby was asking each other how lo change, air cabin filter change, and added a car wash. It took two hours to complete. Everyone I was around in the lobby was asking each other how long they had been there because everyone’s service was taking so long. I appreciate the service but would likely go to a different Chevy location next time. I drove over an hour to go to this one after having such a good experience purchasing my car there, and was unfortunately disappointed. More
