Had a terrible experience with this dealership this afternoon. They have no respect for your time or trust. I confirmed multiple times, including the morning of my appointment and just before startin afternoon. They have no respect for your time or trust. I confirmed multiple times, including the morning of my appointment and just before starting my drive to the dealership, that the Mazda I was interested in was available and that on-site inspections were allowed. After driving an hour and bringing my mechanic, the sales associate first told me inspections weren’t allowed, then admitted the car had actually been sold this morning. Mind you, someone from their team had messaged me 10 minutes before I arrived at the dealership that they were ready for my appointment. The manager then came to talk to us. He just blamed the online team and the website instead of taking any responsibility or even apologizing for giving us straight up wrong information. I ended up wasting time and money on my mechanic who had traveled to the lot. The experience felt very disrespectful. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before going in. More

Do NOT go to this dealership. They are VERY unprofessional and do not keep their word nor respect the time of their customers. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in They are VERY unprofessional and do not keep their word nor respect the time of their customers. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in February. Since the car had just been brought into inventory and I needed a car ASAP, I was told that I could bring the car back at a later date to undergo a comprehensive inspection as part of their intake process. The sales associate said that during this inspection, they would repair the broken power seat on the driver's side. I had no other method of transportation, and a family member was in the hospital at the time, so I was also told I would be given a loaner vehicle during repairs/inspection. For weeks after buying the car, I was given the run around on scheduling the inspection and maintenance appointment. Then, when the appointment was finally scheduled, the sales associate “forgot” to have the part ordered for the power seat, and I wasn’t given a loaner car, so I sat waiting at the dealership for hours. When the car was brought back to me and I realized the power seat wasn’t fixed, I mentioned it to the sales associate, who apologized and promised to order the part and schedule me to get it fixed another day. Mind you, I’m unable to adjust the driver’s side seat during this time. I keep mentioning this to the sales associate for weeks, trying to reschedule up until JULY. Every time we scheduled an appointment, I would show up to the dealership only for the sales associate to not be there, and every employee, including the managers acting as if they have no idea what I’m even there for. By July, I was fed up and asked to be put in contact with someone else to get the appointment scheduled, to which the sales associate declined and promised he’d drive to me to pick up the car as an apology for the inconvenience. Only for him to ghost me and completely stop responding the day of the appointment. Turns out he was fired (rightfully so). So I started calling the dealership directly again, and rather than receiving any assistance, I was given the runaround yet again. I called 4 days a week for a month straight. Each time I was given a new person to contact, told parts would be ordered, and that they were looking into this, only to be ignored and ghosted again. I even emailed the sales manager and the service manager to no avail. I ended up spending $400 to get it repaired on my own at a 3rd third-party mechanic. Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I would never go to this dealership again, and you should avoid wasting your time and money here too. More
Very Disappointed – Misleading and Poor Communication We drove 45 minutes to see a Hyundai Kona after confirming a deal over the phone with Kaitlyn, who claimed to be a manager. She assured us we could walk drove 45 minutes to see a Hyundai Kona after confirming a deal over the phone with Kaitlyn, who claimed to be a manager. She assured us we could walk out at $18,500 and knew we had financing ready. When we arrived, she was unavailable, and we were handed off to another rep, Salva. After a test drive, we discovered previous accident damage not disclosed online and poor headlight visibility. Still, we were ready to purchase. Suddenly the Sales Manager Indiana Rodriguez-Rosales, said the agreed price was no longer valid, and a new offer was presented with added Apex Protection Plan for $2997.00 costs we never asked for. Then all of a Sudden the Selling Price was changed for the online price of $17597.00 to $18,220.00 with a walk out price of $22,915.88 a difference of $4,415.88. We were told Kaitlyn “misspoke” and the deal couldn’t be honored. Total waste of time and very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this dealership based on how we were misled and treated. Northwest Hyundai is hands down the most dishonest and fraudulent dealership I’ve ever encountered. We showed up to buy a vehicle we found on their website, what a joke. The car was filthy inside, complet fraudulent dealership I’ve ever encountered. We showed up to buy a vehicle we found on their website, what a joke. The car was filthy inside, complete with someone else’s shopping bags and a hairbrush. It hadn't even been cleaned. On top of that, it had 800 more miles than what was listed online. Even worse? The price listed online mysteriously jumped by nearly $5,000 when we got there. They added a bogus line item called “Apex,” which no one at the dealership could explain. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam wrapped in corporate incompetence. The level of unprofessionalism was staggering. Staff were more concerned with their appearance and posturing than actually helping customers. Once we finally agreed on a purchase price (which took far more effort than it should have), we were thrown into yet another step in the process that only exposed how completely disorganized and clueless the team really is. If you’re even thinking about buying a car from Northwest Hyundai, do yourself a favor: don’t. Call ahead, get the real price (if they’ll even give it to you), and expect hidden fees, vague add-ons, and a dealership that does not care one bit about customer experience. This place is exactly what gives car sales a bad name. Avoid at all costs. More
Dishonest practices. Phone conversations and texts quickly disappeared when arriving onsite. Seems like pretend mystery people are handling deals online and by phone and Phone conversations and texts quickly disappeared when arriving onsite. Seems like pretend mystery people are handling deals online and by phone and then nobody knows them when you get to the dealership and the deal is all of the sudden 10k higher than what was already agreed to. Shady process is standard and anyone who works there knows the game and plays dumb. Go to Tomball Hyundai for a straight forward deal with Chris S. the sales manager. Test drive at NW Hyundai and then get out of there as fast as you can. More
Full of hot air. I inquired about a vehicle and the lady who contacted me said she would be my sales person and work up the numbers the next day as they were going to I inquired about a vehicle and the lady who contacted me said she would be my sales person and work up the numbers the next day as they were going to be closing soon. The next day I heard nothing so i called in and inquired once more about the truck only to be told by another person it had been sold the other day and the lady who contacted me initially was only a bdc agent and did not do anything other than send replies to online customers. Aaron the sales manager did offer to help me out by saying it if I wanted a new Elantra or car from their lot he would get crazy on the price since it was the end of the month and to make up for the miscommunication. A whole week went by with me calling leaving two voicemails and multiple texts to his personal number he gave me and I heard nothing from him. Today another manager calls who says he’s higher up than Aaron and wants to earn my business. He does get on top of things and quickly put together some numbers but nowhere near what Aaron initially said he could do. The offer was $3,000 less for my trade than what I was told and the new car being offered to me was almost $5,000 higher than what’s posted in their website it’s no wonder Aaron never replied to me. I feel the other reviews on here are spot on with them just trying to get you into the store then hitting you with hidden fees or possibly sneaking them in because there is no math that makes their deal make any sense. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in November 2024, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. Since the purcha vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass in November 2024, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. Since the purchase, the car has had more issues than I can count, requiring frequent visits to the repair shop. When I first acquired the car, I returned to the dealership with several questions, despite having already secured financing through my bank. However, the sales representative chose to run my credit through six different banks without my consent, later claiming he had forgotten about my initial instructions. To make matters worse, no one accompanied me to inspect the vehicle after the sale, and it was even dinged in the parking lot shortly after purchase. Each time I attempted to address these concerns, I was told that the manager was unavailable and was asked to return another day. My overall experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I feel that transparency and honesty were lacking throughout the process. I later discovered that I had paid $10,000 over the vehicle’s market value, which added to my frustration. After a year of ownership, the car continues to require extensive repairs that I cannot afford to keep up with. This has been a disappointing and costly experience, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from this dealership. More
Purchased a used Ioniq 5. While the car is fantastic, I can't say the same about the dealer. The advertised price didn't include all the extra dealer add ons. Looking at While the car is fantastic, I can't say the same about the dealer. The advertised price didn't include all the extra dealer add ons. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their practice. I was told by the Finance Manager that the vehicle would not retain the manufacturers warranty. He later said it would. That was after I said I would not buy the car if the manufacturer's warranty didn't apply. Lastly, it is an EV and nobody mentioned that it doesn't come with a charging cable, nor did they offer to sell one to me. More
