We brought our car in for servicing as it was under warranty! This was the closest dealer for servicing of our suburban which is a 2012! If we had read the yelp reviews we would never have brought our car here! The service advisor Scott(no last name)-refused to give me last name--was the worst I have ever encountered! Our car was there for over 2 weeks --under warranty repair--then to find out window panel was shattered--and then that too needed to be replaced! The service people were not in a rush to fix anything and made no accomodations! Scott was rude, ignorant, abrasive and made me feel like I had no rights! Afterall, he would not tell me his last name --interesting--wondering what info he was hiding about our car---and found out window was shattered which he was withholding from me! still dont know how or why window was shattered!! I would never return to this unfriendly-unprofessional, disorganized ,---service department! There was no apology; but rather excuses for service advisors behavior.I rate this place 0! BUYER BEWARE OF SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I had a terrible experience and have owned many nice cars! This place is by far the worst! Also, read yelp reviews on this place---horrible!

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Novato Chevy and have nothing but good things to say about them. Mark, the sales manager, was fair and responsive through the entire process. He addressed my concerns about the truck I was purchasing and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the deal. Even after I took delivery of the truck and had complaints about maintenance issues I had overlooked with the vehicle Mark remained helpful and sorted the issues with little cost to me through the dealer of my choice. I would recommend Mark and his sales team at Novato Chevy to any one purchasing a new or used car.

Best car buying experience ever. This is the 8th new car that I have purchased and by far the easiest transaction ever. I went to the dealership after a bad experience with Victory in Petaluma. I knew exactly what I wanted (2011 Tahoe) and what features I wanted. Mark took the time to show me each one on the lot that met my need/wish list. Then we discussed price. I was never asked how much I want my monthly payment to be. He went over the price on each car. Showed me the invoice price, discussed the rebate information available. He then shopped for the best interest rate for me and I got to chose which back and rate. We signed with Jayda, who made everything very simple and easy. Paul gave us a hands on demo with all of the features that came with the Tahoe, even set up my bluetooth, preset XM stations, my Onstar and favorites with electronic features. I have bought many cars in the past and have never had a single dealer give me so much personal attention ever. I will definately be back there when its time for my husband to replace his car. I am also recommending this dealership to my friends, family and co-workers. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Bought a new car had it deliverd, had greas stains inside. Mark I General Manager said he would reimburse me,NOT! waiting 2 months nothing.

Just left an another dealer thinking shopping for cars was still the same old thing. BS
Then I went to Novato Chevrolet and the manager greated me. He was pleasant and took time to help me. I Love my Chevrolet that I bought at Novato Chevrolet. When I got home I went on line to check prices and I was surprised that my price was even lower.

Just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and telephoned ahead for an appointment. This was to be my first oil change/tire rotation since purchasing my truck. San Rafael Chevrolet closed so Novato Chevrolet was the next dealer. My tires WERE NOT rotated and the service manager LEFT early & was suppose to call me at home regarding my tires and NEVER DID. The parts department was going to call me regarding a truck liner, mats and cover; NEVER DID. They also left grease on my steering wheel. Its a NEW TRUCK! If I can find another dealer within 100 miles...I WILL GO THERE! ps...when I telephoned for an appointment, the service mgr was snotty & rude; and I just wanted him to tell me when it was convenient to bring my truck in.
