My car was taken in on time, and the wait was not too long. This was my first service with Lannan; I had an oil change. I expressed concern with my windsheld wipers, and the were replaced at no charge to me. This was my first service with Lannan; I had an oil change. I expressed concern with my windsheld wipers, and the were replaced at no charge to me. When I was traveling home, I attempted to clean my windshield, and the washer fluid was empty. It would be nice if topping this off was part of the oil change. Other than that, it was a good experience. More
90K check up I scheduled my 90K check up online which was fast and easy. It was then followed by a courtesy confirmation call which I appreciated. Awesome customer service experience This was my first experience using Lannon's service dept. for my 2019 Traverse. The entire experience was flawless. I called for an appointment and wa This was my first experience using Lannon's service dept. for my 2019 Traverse. The entire experience was flawless. I called for an appointment and was promptly given one at my convenience. I received email reminder notifications to ensure i didn't miss the scheduled date. I was promptly greeted at my arrival and assigned a service writer. After a few minutes the paperwork was completed and I was given a ride home. I was called when the service was completed and they sent a car to pick me up. Everything that could be completed that day was taken care of. A factory bulletin item could not be completed but a follow up appointment was made at the convenience of my schedule. If this great service continues I'll be a long term customer. More

Paid more than another shop down the street After my car didn't start three days in a row and my local shop didn't think it was the battery, I brought it to Lannan without an appointment becau After my car didn't start three days in a row and my local shop didn't think it was the battery, I brought it to Lannan without an appointment because I purchased it there along with an extended warranty (a little over a year ago). So I expected awesome service. Also I thought the extended warranty extended the initial makers bumper-to-bumper warranty So my first disappointment was finding out my car is one month out of the original makers warranty and the extended warranty doesn't cover a battery. My bad for not reading the fine print. On a positive note, Lannan ran diagnostics first thing the next day and told me it was the battery. They gave me a quote for a replacement with an 18 month warranty. I told them I wanted a battery with a longer warranty, such as Interstate. They called back saying their distributor didn't carry Interstate, but they could get a Ford original equipment battery which had a 3 year warranty. I made one call and found a service shop within a half mile who carried Interstate. After Lannan called the shop they quoted me a higher price than the service shop was selling it for. Lannan said they had to mark it up to make a profit. I found this disappointing because I ended up spending $30 more than if I went to the Interstate service shop who I found versus Lannan who I had spent north of $20,000 in late 2017. So much for customer service. More

I needed urgent work on my car and she was able to squeeze me in on New Years eve at the last minute, and Vicky in service helped to make it possible for my car to be finished the same day so I had it for work on Wednesday!
