At first I had gone to the Nucar Mazda area and talked to Steve Saunders who was very friendly and helpful. He listened to the things I needed in a car, and showed me cars like that which saved me a lot of time. Then after doing some more research on cars myself, I decided against a used Mazda (which had nothing to do with Steve or the dealership). My dad suggested I check out the new Chevy cars. Felicia Benson greeted me and was also VERY helpful, friendly, and genuine. I had a type of car in mind, but after understanding exactly what I was looking for and my budget, she showed me another type that I had never heard of or considered and I LOVED it. During the whole process of purchasing the car, she talked me through it since I had never done it before by myself. I got very frustrated at certain points (with my insurance company and with finding the title of my old car) and she had easy solutions and took care of everything making my life so much easier. She has kept in touch, making sure that everything is still going well with the car which I appreciate so much! I would absolutely recommend the Chevy (and Mazda) dealerships and of course Felicia if anyone asked me where to go to look for a new car. More

We had been to 7 dealerships prior to this through PA and DE, and had horrible experiences. Nothing but high pressure sales people who didn't really understand the basics, nor listened to what our needs and wants were. Nucar will receive my future buisness without question. More

Chris is excellent to deal with when purchasing a car. My past experiences before buying with Nucar Chevrolet were lenghty, drawn out, and high pressure. HIGHWAY ROBBERY... I brought my supercharged 2005 Corvette in for service yesterday and they quoted me $1,300 to replace a water pump! I called around and any other reputable auto shop quoted $600 or less installed (with the genuine part). Nucar charged $85 to look at the vehicle for the water pump which is understandable, what I didn't realize is they wanted $85 more to look at the key fob which I was having an issue with. Considering the whole key fob costs $110 to replace, I must say they were trying to rip me off. The service manager waived the $85 for looking at the key fob, but they broke the clip when "diagnosing" so now I have to replace it anyway! Save your time and money and go with any other shop. More
