We take pride in providing complete and competent service, while always maintaining the highest level of respect and business ethics. We let our customers know what services are recommended for their vehicle, and let them decide on the timing. Conversely, we do not "sell" anyone unnecessary repairs solely to profit from that service. Our consistent effort and honesty has earned us an exceptional rating from AAA, General Motors and Dealer Rater. As the repair we performed on your vehicle was done a considerable amount of time prior to your current problem (10 months and approximately 10,000 miles have passed since that service), it is very difficult for anyone to pinpoint the exact cause. Although it may seem logical that your current problem is a result of our past negligence, it is actually very unlikely. Unfortunately, it can be pretty easy to have your tire(s) and/or wheel(s) go out of alignment - simply going over a speed bump too fast, or hitting a small pothole just right can do it. Although we fully acknowledge that we, like everyone, make mistakes from time to time, the only way to truly avoid problems of this nature is to commit to routine maintenance. Periodic tire inspection and rotation, as well as tire balancing and alignment, is an important part of maintaining your vehicle’s ride, handling and safety performance (we perform a tire inspection free of change when you bring your vehicle in for an oil change). Although maintenance services, such as wheel alignments, are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we strongly recommend making these small investments in your vehicle as they will definitely pay off in the long run. Having our tire rotation service done every 6,000 miles (as the manufacturer recommends) will increase tire life and prevent premature tire replacement – an extra expense none of us want to incur.
