Awful. We agreed to a price on a used car and signed a P & S. I applied for their financing and had already submitted an application to a credit union on my own. I specifically let the salesman know that & S. I applied for their financing and had already submitted an application to a credit union on my own. I specifically let the salesman know that I would not go with their financing unless it at least matched whatever the credit union came back with. He said I was not committing to their financing by submitting the application. Theirs came back a full point and one half over the credit union, despite my near-perfect credit. The salesman came back and told me that they would not honor the sale unless I used their financing right then and there!!! That's right: they threatened to breach the contract if I did not pay the ridiculous rate that would presumably make them more money. I insisted that we had a deal, and their manager, Reggie, tried to bulldoze over me. He came over and said, “this is how it is, we’re taking a bath on this deal, so you either close it out tonight with our financing or there is no deal.” Smart thing to say to an attorney with whom he just signed a P & S, that gave me 48 hours to pay and said nothing about using their financing. I asked him if he was familiar with the Consumer Protection Act, MGL ch. 93A, § 3, et seq. He said he was “not there to speak law with me.” I told him that we had a deal and he would honor it or they would get sued. Reggie then said he would try to match the rate. They did all they could to have me walk out, but I waited. Miraculously, Reggie was able to trim an entire point off the first rate quoted. He said I could take that, or come back within 24 hours with a certified cashier’s check (even though the P & S gave me 48 hours to pay and take delivery). Much to his dismay and surprise, I had the money and took option B. Now they're failing to call me back about getting a copy of the title so I can do a cash-out refinance. Real professional and mature. I will say this – I shopped around and they did have the best price on this car. Judging by my experience (see Kate and Andres' reviews on other sites for their similar experience-that's at least three in their first three months of business!), it’s my opinion that they assume they’ll make money on the financing when setting their low prices and then try to back out when you do not finance through them. I shudder to think how many people cave and accept their terms. Maybe I’ll file a consumer protection lawsuit and find out through discovery. More

Went to Boch West because they were close to home , and I spoke to Scott Moran on the phone and he was very informative. Got to the dealership and Scott introduced me to Tim a sales man who was also very polite, we spoke price and Tim's manager would not let him bend under 26,775 for a 2011 crv ex-l , they wouldn't even throw in two oil change's with the purchase or they probabaly would have got me, I had 10k down and a 1998 accord for trade in which they wanted to give me $1250 for. Then out came William Douvris, he was trying to let me know how much of a favor they were doing me and how my trade was only worth $800, " they were going for $2200-$2800 online" I had already looked and had a used car dealer appraise it for me. William was very arrogant and rude. Anyway I drove all the way to Bernardi of Brockton from Dracut and got the same car for 26,275 with a $130 mat for the back, the NG shield coating, $1500 for my trade and the 100k warranty for alot cheaper then Boch!!! P.S. Scott Moran and a girl named Amy were great to deal with and they should try and get more employee's like them. More

Withought hesitation and the upfront pricing philosophy did not hestitate to buy the 2011 CRV at a fair price and excellent financing terms. Eric was honest and up front about everything. We even went futher and purchaned a service plan over and above the factory warranty which gave us total piece of ming in our $26000 investement. I had the oil changed in my 2006 civic hybrid with a coupon from this dealer that seemed to good to be true. I paid $14.95. The invoice showed that they used 5W20 instead of the 0w20. I questioned them on this and they insisted on 3 occasions they they used the 0W20. I've been driving this car for 115,000 miles and have steadily got well over 50mpg. The mileage went down below 50 mpg, and I am convinced that it is because there is 5W20 in the crankcase plus the areodynamic sheild that goes under the engine came off. I went to my dealer for a recall afterwards and the mechanics first comment was if I did my own oil changes. Boch also said I needed front brakes and my dealer said they were fine. It is apparent to me that Boch did't reinstall the areodynamic sheild properly after the oil change. My dealer gave me a very good price on a new sheild, so the oil change ended up costing me $50 more than the $30 I usually pay at my own dealer. I was warned by many people to stay away from Boch, now I warning you. More
