I came to Rothrock after doing a year of research on the preowned car that my husband and I were in the market for. Ed was extremely knowledgeable about the car and options. Ed made the whole buying process simple and un-intimidating for a first time new buyer like ourselves. We were thrilled to drive our car home the same day that we walked onto the lot. After we got home we were pleasantly surprised to see that the car was overall much nicer than we expected our "sale" car to be. It was also pristinely clean. It's been three months since the sale, and I can also say that I have been thrilled with the awesome follow up that Rothrock provides. It's extremely refreshing to know that the dealership is so concerned about customer satisfaction long after the purchase has already been made. Roman always does a good job, but someone was less than truthful with me about many things. I wish I would have taken more time with the deal. I originally purchased a new Nissan Versa back in 2007. Loved the car! I went back in Spring 2010 to upgrade to 2010 Nissan Versa (really wanted curse control and I loved the car so much, I just wanted to Loved the car! I ended up falling in love with the Nissan Rogue and I owe it all to the awesome staff at Rothrock. People really need to LOVE the car they drive, and both cars exceeded my expectations. As a woman I sometimes worry about being in a situation, like purchasing a car and being taken advantage of, at Rothrock that was never a worry. There customer service was great. Joe Grazer went over all my options! It was NOT about getting the “sale” but matching me with a car that fit my personality and budget! With the pa winter we are having I am simply having a blast.. I like snow again!!! I hate buying a car.. But This dealership didn't pressure at all. We didn't play any games. I told them wheat I was after and they made it happen. The even added heated seats and remote start. When the parts came in the gave me a loaner car, and we never missed a beat. Barry was a great salesman! If your looking for a jeep ask for him!!! owning a jeep is like starting a new family.. Every jeep owner I pass waves to us..
