Back in again a second day. Issue was finally resolved after waiting the better part of the late afternoon. Always happens when no one is around, and when you get to the dealership, problem doesn't exist after waiting the better part of the late afternoon. New 2020 Camry LE. This was my first maintenance. Appointments are not available. I live about 40 mins away and would prefer appointments. I wouldn't be happy if I drove all that way and had to wait a long time. My other car is a Honda Pilot. They offer appointments for the same type of service. The only other thing I was surprised is all they did was rotate the tires and check fluids. I would have thought at a little over 5000 miles the oil would have been changed. The other classy thing Honda does is a free car wash. It was a week day around 1:30pm. My wait was about 45 mins. If I had to wait much more than an hour I would not have been happy. The service center folks are very friendly. My hats off to them. I just like having appointments to reduce wait time. More
