Mr. Shelton, Unfortunately, EV techs in our area are becoming hard to find/keep due to circumstances that are out of our control. We have multiple techs with EV certifications from other manufacturers at our Kia location. We are currently moving them through Kia's certification process as quickly as possible, so we are able to complete warranty repairs on EV's/Hybrids. We absolutely should have called you, prior to your appointment, to let you know we couldn't perform the recall portion of your scheduled services. With you also having an oil change and tire rotation scheduled we assumed you would want to keep the appointment, but instead of calling and letting you make that decision, we made it for you. We appreciate your feedback and will learn from this situation and continue to improve our processes to ensure we provide every customer with a truly exceptional experience every time they visit our Kia store. We appreciate your business and certainly hope you will give us another shot, to prove this was a one time mistake that won't happen again in the future. Respectfully,
